The radio interview coincided with two major news stories. One was the disclosure that NORAD routinely ran mock trials for hijacked airplanes used as missiles into buildings. The second was Colin Powell disclosing a "separate government" within the walls of the White House and Bush administration. Highlighted dynamics during the course of the interview:

President Bush should not have gone into the classroom. Mr. Ehrlich noted the major difference between President Bush and the American public the morning of 9-11. Whereas the American public needed two planes striking landmark NYC buildings to conclude that America was under attack and subject to major terrorism, President Bush only required knowing that a single plane, not to say four planes, were hijacked and off transponder. Thus, before the first plane struck the North World Trade Center tower, President Bush based on Tenet's warning that something big was coming and the US just off, according to the White House per Richard Armitage the highest alert level in United States history, KNEW that the hijacked plane was EXACTLY what was feared forthcoming. Thus, NORAD and US military defense forces should have been sent aloft and the President should have passed altogether on sitting down reading with second graders when presidential decisions were highly likely regarding interception of hijacked planes heading for major metropolitan areas, planes that may have well carried nuclear payloads.

President Bush remaining at the Booker elementary school conclusively proved that the President knew the parameters of the events of 9-11: Secret Service protocol is to protect the President of the United States. The Secret Service charged with protecting the life of the President was compelled to remove him immediately from a publicly known facility that was highly likely a putative target of the terrorism in play on 9-11. However not only did President continue reading with second graders he offered a live televised national address from the school. Thus, it is clear that the Secret Service hearing about a single hijacked plane, and knowing the President was scheduled to appear at a publicly known facility, adjacent itself to an airfield, would never ever under any circumstances have allowed the president to pursue a schedule to a hastily arranged publicly known non secure facility -- to mingle among second grade school children who further who have been put at risk. There was only one conclusion: the President knew the parameters of the terrorism in play that day.

That's one terrible pilot: Again the president was acutely aware, as made clear by Condoleezza Rice and Richard Armitage, that this country faced imminent danger from terrorism. Plane hijackings were exactly in accord with the putative parameters of the terrorism expected and feared. Thus when a hijacked plane is driven into the North World Trade Center tower, the President, contrary to the rest of America, well knew that this was terrorism. For him to then characterize his original reaction to finding out about the first plane going into the north WTC tower as one where he thought that now "there's one terrible pilot" seriously demeans this nation on an even higher plateau than when he demeaned this nation and his responsibilities by shooting off so far away from Washington in August 2001, knowing that terrorism was imminent and the American people were being kept in the dark about it.

The President saw the the first plane go into the north World Trade Center tower on a television monitor: When you encounter a historical tragedy, such as the JFK assassination, people decades later remember exactly where they were and how they found out about it. Here we have the Commander in Chief three months after 9-11 tell the American pubic that he saw the first plane go into the north WTC tower on a television monitor. Everyone well knows that there was no way he could have seen it: the video of the event taken coincidentally by a film crew in the area and not broadcast to much later in time. Thus, the President put his foot into his mouth. He either has a mental degenerative disease or else he did see it and the only way Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. suggests, strongly suggests, he could have seen it is IF HE RECEIVED A PRIVATE MILITARY FEED OF THE EVENT AS IT TOOK PLACE AS PLANNED AND ANTICIPATED.

Dr. Rice was ignorant of known intelligence that terrorists planned on using planes to strike landmark buildings until more than eight months after 9-11: This incredible admitted reality first attested to Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. that Condoleezza Rice could not be the real National Security Advisor. She was totally ignorant of NORAD protocol for hijacked plane interceptions, when as here the hijacked planes could be delivering a nuclear holocaust onto a major metropolitan area, and she did not know of basic and fundamental intel central to her responsibilities and role as the President's National Security Advisor. Thus, when asked by Mark Thompson the host of Make it Plain whether Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. thought Dr. Rice was responsible for the wanton neglect of government in impeding the terrorism of 9-11, Mr. Ehrlich offered the response, in view of Colin Powell's support of our position, that Dr. Rice was a cover for the shadow government complicit in the events of 9-11, and that we were inclined to believe that the President and Vice-President and others were directly responsible for the events of 9-11 for the reasons outlined by us at www.senderberl.com/CAB.htm.

These are issues central to the 9-11 Commission investigation of the events of 9-11. One of the surest solutions from our point of view in assuring that there will be no future major domestic terrorism is to identify and to uproot the shadow government in operation in this administration.

The 9-11 Commission hearings have made it clear that the Bush administration was fully cognizant prior to 9-11 of the imminent threat of major domestic terrorism against the United States. The Bush administration has testified that it tasked two key agencies regarding the threat: the FAA and the FBI. The Star Tribune in the most courageous and accurate newspaper editorial we have seen wrote (http://www.startribune.com/stories/561/4712842.html) :

Criminal Lack of Interest

The title of the Aug. 6, 2001, Presidential Daily Briefing was revealed Thursday: "Bin Laden Determined to Attack Inside the United States." The briefing also, according to Commission Member Bob Kerrey, warned, "the FBI indicates patterns of suspicious activity in the United States consistent with preparations for hijacking."

Rice gave a two-pronged answer: The Aug. 6 document was "historical" in nature -- meaning, apparently, it looked back -- and that all through the summer, federal agencies, including FBI field offices, had been "tasked" with investigating this information.

But the language from the memo certainly doesn't sound "historical," and as for tasking federal agencies, Gorelick responded: "Secretary Mineta, the secretary of transportation, had no idea of the threat. The administrator of the FAA, responsible for security on our airlines, had no idea.Yes, the attorney general was briefed, but there was no evidence of any activity by him about this.

"You indicate in your statement that the FBI tasked its field offices to find out what was going on out there. We have no record of that."

Commission Member Tim Roemer came back to the same point: "We have done thousands of interviews here at the 9/11 commission. We've gone through literally millions of pieces of paper. To date, we have found nobody -- nobody at the FBI who knows anything about a tasking of field offices."

The exchanges between commission members and Rice reveal a criminal lack of interest in trying to prevent an attack on the United States that the administration had strong reason to expect. It's one thing to wait for a new strategic plan before taking the fight to Al-Qaida in Afghanistan and Pakistan. It's another entirely to ignore evidence that mounted all through 2001 that the United States was about to be hit. Almost nothing of a defensive nature was done to guard against -- to prevent -- the horrific spectacle that unfolded on Sept. 11.

SenderBerl in noting these dynamics for itself significantly detected the evidence that Condoleezza Rice in our opinion deliberately misled the nation and the 9-11 Commission in her opening statement on April 8, 2004 to the 9-11 Commission:

At the beginning of the administration President Bush revived the practice of meeting with the director of central intelligence almost every day in the Oval Office, meetings which I attended along with the vice president and the chief of staff. At these meetings the president received up-to-date intelligence and asked questions of his most senior intelligence officials. From Jan. 20 through Sept. 10 the president received at these daily meetings more than 40 briefing items on Al Qaeda. And 13 of those were in response to questions he or his top advisers posed.

We offered the following analysis:

“…Dr. Rice QUALIFIED that the President met with Tenet daily only at the "beginning of the administration." Next, she says that only "at the beginning of the administration" did Bush ask questions. Next, when she says, "from Jan 20 to Sept 10 the president received at these daily meetings more than 40 briefing items on Al-Qaeda. And 13 of those were in response to questions he or his top advisers posed," the very sad reality is that all these meetings could have been done and consummated in the first 40 days of the administration meaning that there could be perhaps as little as none or only one or two meetings after May 2001. Thus, the reason the White House must have died when Tenet testified UNDER OATH that he did not meet with Bush in August 2001 while Bush was on vacation for an entire month while the country faced the threat of domestic terrorism. Moreover, ladies and gentlemen, the President's was so on top of things that after taking thirty long days away, an historical amount, from Washington, he decides to CHANGE HIS PLANS ON SEPTEMBER 7TH TO TRAVEL TO FLORIDA TO READ WITH SECOND GRADE CHILDREN.

In this regard it is fitting to keep in mind: "Our batteries are charged," the President told the members of the American Legion in San Antonio, Texas, on Wednesday, implying that he was looking forward to returning to the White House and acknowledging that he had "a lot of work to do". Members of Congress too have had their summer break and will return to Capitol Hill by next Wednesday after spending Labour Day in their respective constituencies. HINDU August 31, 2001

The point is that Dr. Rice’s opening remark was carefully crafted to give the impression of continued ongoing meetings with Tenet from the start of the administration right into the events of 9-11, when in fact her words could have been carved to mask that the practice did not necessarily continue during the stated term (to the events of 9-11). In this regard, the testimony of George Tenet that he did not meet or see the President during August 2001 was at minimum supportive of this exact proposition, requiring the 9-11 Commission to enlist further clarification when it questions the President. . Further, the open issue is whether George Tenet will under oath amend his testimony. It surely isn’t sufficient for an employee of the CIA to call the press and media to advise that Tenet was wrong in what he testified under oath. In this regard it is imperative to keep in mind that a single contact between the CIA Director and the President in Crawford, if true, was not acceptable under the known threat condition.

That legerdemain was a routine technique of this administration is clearly seen by the following excerpt from the Washington Times:

Mr. Bush seemed to shrug off a USA Today poll that showed 55 percent of Americans believe his 30-day vacation is too long. "I'm working a lot of issues, national security matters," the president said. "Working on immigration policy and a state visit with the president of Mexico." AUGUST 8 WASHINGTON TIMES

The point here is what would have the American people have said and what would have the media have written had they known that the country was under threat of imminent major domestic terrorism? The President of the United States spews forth legerdemain when he is the only party privy to the facts that would have mandated his presence in Washington so he could have been on top of protecting the security interests of this country. The fact alone that he could have been briefed daily by Tenet, if he was in fact being briefed daily after his return from Genoa where his heightened security threat went without incident, is conclusive of wanton neglect for the security interest of the nation, when one factors in that the FBI and FAA stood totally ignorant of the danger of imminent hijacking, precluding them from quickly connecting the dots and following a structured plan to get NORAD to intercept the planes before they could strike major metropolitan areas with putative nuclear payloads. SenderBerl regrets that such vigilance and tenacity during a period of threat to the nation would have interfered with the President’s and the CIA Director’s vacation plans.

BEN-VENISTE: At this point you were aware, were you not, of the most heightened alert level in the United States up to that point with respect to the potential for a terrorist attack of significant magnitude.

ARMITAGE: Yes, I was. I was one of those to whom Director Tenet turned, along with other seniors in the administration, and made it very clear that we had a big problem coming. He didn't know where and he didn't know when, but he said it was coming.

Conclusion of the June to September 2001 Period: The Bush administration has offered testimony that this country was under the highest alert in its history during an unspecified six week period somewhere in June, July, early August 2001. The Bush administration has offered testimony that the FBI, FAA and other domestic agencies were tasked on the threat of domestic terrorism and the serious nature thereof. The 9-11 Commission has made it public that there seems to be no confirmation of this assertion by either the FBI or the FAA. The facts forthcoming bear it out. Thus, the dominant conclusion is that the country was left totally vulnerable to domestic terrorism as the subsequent facts bore out and that there is an open issue whether the country was even under a heightened status during an undefined six-week period. Either facet undermines the current government for deliberately lying and misleading the American public and 9-11 Commission and being totally and wantonly negligent and derelict in their duties and responsibilities to the country and their respective offices.

September 1, 2001 to September 10, 2001

SenderBerl now highlights something critical and essential only previously tangentially mentioned/highlighted by SenderBerl (and not highlighted to our knowledge by anyone else). We have obtained the transcript of a tape the CIA uncovered in Afghanistan. Bin-Laden makes a single remark in this tape that buries this administration under the weight of the totality of the evidence we now have in hand against the President and his administration. He says in or about November 2001:

Bin Laden: We were at (inaudible) when the event took place. We had notification since the previous Thursday that the event would take place that day.We had finished our work that day and had the radio on. It was 5.30pm our time. I was sitting with Dr Ahmad Abual[Khair]. Immediately, we heard the news that a plane had hit the World Trade Centre. We turned the radio station to the news from Washington. The news continued and no mention of the attack until the end. At the end of the newscast, they reported that a plane just hit the World Trade Centre.

SenderBerl was very suspicious from the get-go about the President changing his schedule on September 7^th to fly to Florida to read with second grade school children in Jacksonville and Sarasota Florida. First, we were cognizant that he was away for an entire month in August 2001 from Washington. He received a lot of criticism for doing so and he was returning per his own admission with lots to do with the Congress returning.

When Air Force One lands at Ford Hood today and President Bush travels on to Crawford for a month-long vacation, he will begin writing his own chapter in a long presidential tradition. Bush is trading the sweltering heat of Washington for the searing sun at his ranch just west of Waco. Joined by family, friends and senior advisers who will come and go throughout the month, Bush will begin fixing the image of his "summer" White House in the minds of the American public. August, the month when Congress recesses for the summer, has become the time for presidents to get some rest, too, said Martha Kumar, a presidential scholar working on a study of the Bush administration. But presidents have tended "in recent years not to take as much time as President Bush is taking and not to go as far away," Kumar said. "Presidents have also tended to go to places that are more garden spots than he's going to." Anyone who has seen Bush show off his Crawford ranch to visitors knows it is his garden spot. And he has made no effort to hide his belief that a balanced life includes leisure time, even for the leader of the free world. Today's arrival in Crawford will mark Bush's seventh trip there since taking office in January. Laura Bush left for the ranch on Wednesday. The couples' daughters, Barbara and Jenna, are expected to join them before the first couple's scheduled return to Washington on Sept. 3. Bush heads to secluded Camp David, Md., virtually every Friday, and the frequent time away from Washington has sparked questions about just how much the president likes being in the nation's capital.

SenderBerl: No wonder he never showed up for reserve duty. He needs balance. Well by all means but not when you are President of this country. This man doesn't have the devotion by nature to the responsibilities of office. If it interferes with his life or preferences, the country will just have to understand.

Add to the above comment that the President well knew – what the country and the media DID NOT KNOW -- that America was in danger of domestic terrorism. You don’t leave your post. This independently of the putative crimes in play showed abhorrent lack of presidential good judgement and required fiduciary duty to the nation.

However, the determinative point is that Osama bin-Laden knew on September 6^th, realistically through a cell phone call, that the terrorism would take place on 9-11. Then we have the President who has lots to do in Washington, jet off to Florida in a non election year to read with school children, further contravening the normal Secret Service protocol to give them sufficient time to secure such otherwise public sites and locations (the school first knew on September 6 and the local newspapers on September 7).

Further, one agency left out of the picture no doubt for national security purposes is the highly secretive National Security Agency. It has spent trillions in monitoring phone alls, fax, emails, and all other forms of communications daily seven days a week for decades. Moreover, they code known voices such as bin-Laden's. Thus on two fronts it is realistically impossible for us or anyone else to accept the proposition that they were not aware of the terrorist cells and activities here in the USA and secondly did not know when bin-Laden knew of the imminent terrorism. If under the weight of the evidence anyone can legitimately assert that the President’s change of schedule on September 7^th was coincidental then they insist on keeping their heads in the sand. There will be more evidence ironically from bin-Laden himself of Bush administration complicity.

September 11, 2001

While the case is damning against the Bush administration for leaving the barn door wide open to domestic terrorism on 9-11, the next phase begins to address the very serious question as to whether he and his administration were complicit. The generally known theorem is that the Bush administration had plans in hand to launch a campaign against the Middle East: one it ultimately admitted included world domination and control, spewed forth and boldly so in the President’s National Security Strategy, released in November 2002. This entire agenda was for naught without the predicate event of major domestic terrorism. Now, while it is clear that the barn door was left open for domestic attack, it is equally clear, regrettably so, for complicity in seeing it happen. There are a number of avenues to prove the case. Here are the ones in summary fashion that took place on 9-11.

Your schedule for September 11, 2001 was in the public domain since September 7, 2001. The Emma E. Booker School is only five miles from the Bradenton Airport, so you, and therefore the children in the classroom, might have been a target for the terrorists on 9/11. What was the intention of the Secret Service in allowing you to remain in the Emma E. Booker Elementary School, even though they were aware America was under attack?

15. Please explain why you remained at the Sarasota, Florida, Elementary School for a press conference after you had finished listening to the children read, when as a terrorist target, your presence potentially jeopardized the lives of the children?

These two questions prepared by the families of 9-11 victims for President Bush echo SenderBerl’s long-standing position that this is the clearest circumstantial proof of presidential complicity. Secret Service protocol required the Secret Service to whisk the President away from a known and putative target of the terrorism in play, the scope then unknown. For him to remain there and address the nation on national live television where an attack could have been perpetrated against him, exposing the school children to danger to their lives as well, contravenes every planning in place to protect the President of the United States in time of threat. When Andrew Card said, “America is under attack” there is no excuse that can be given that could condone the President remaining at the elementary school. The only conclusion is that the Bush administration knew the scope of the terrorism in play that day.

FAA Controllers to AA Flight 11:

8:24:38 Hijackers' voices heard: "We have some planes. Just stay quiet and you will be O.K. We are returning to the airport. Nobody move, everything will be O.K. If you try to make any moves, you'll endanger yourself and the airplane. Just stay quiet."

8:25:00 The control tower notifies several air traffic control centers that a hijacking is in progress.

This proves that there was no previous heightened alert as claimed by the Bush administration. Why? If there had been, the air traffic controllers, quite astute and quick, by the nature of their job and responsibilities, would have connected the dots on only one plane, not to say two and then four planes off transponder. They would have had a set plan and agenda and gotten NORAD on the horn via a direct link to intercept (assuming the President could step away from reading with the second graders). The point is clear that their response attested that they were not tasked on the threat of terrorists in the US planning to hijack planes and the further reality is that NORAD had ample time to intercept and the evidence is that they were directed not to immediately take off to intercept. This country has spent trillions on its military defense system and it is in place outside the theorem of Dr Rice that the problem was systemic and the lame argument that what could we expect in 233 days from the Bush administration to correct the systemic problem, that had the terrorists carried a nuclear payload, it would be evident to everyone that the responsibility was that of NORAD to intercept hijacked planes from reaching high density metropolitan areas.

Conclusion for the period September 11, 2001: The circumstantial proof of complicity by the President and his administration is both clear cogent and convincing. When coupled with the direct evidence of the wanton and negligent failings to affirmatively protect the nation, leaving the barn door open to allow the events of 9-11 convinced many including ourselves of guilt. However, there is more evidence all consistent with the perspective that this administration’s complicity in the events of 9-11 is already beyond a reasonable doubt. Furthermore, SenderBerl believes that there was no six week period of heightened alert or else the FAA would have been able to quickly connect the dots when confronting the first airplane hijackings, not to say the implications of the second, third and fourth planes off transponder. If the planes were carrying nuclear payloads this argument would not be something dared contested by anyone, when outside the existence of systemic problems this nation has in place a trillion dollar plus investment in NORAD to protect this country from any possibility of nuclear attack. SenderBerl deems that this possibility could not be discounted during this period of time when the first plane went off transponder.

September 12, 2001 through May 2002

Bin-Laden’s family allowed to leave USA

Bush allows the bin-Laden family to leave America when it grounds air flights for the rest of the nation. We make our point by repeating a question we prepared for the President accordingly:

Mr. President if our initial mission was to capture Osama bin-Laden wouldn't the best source to ultimately track him down be to have his family here in the USA for questioning? However, when all flights were grounded, was it you personally that authorized them to leave the USA and if not who authorized it?

How many military lives may have been spared had the family been kept in the US? How many future lives of citizens, military and civilian, may have been saved? Did letting his family leave serve or diminish the national security interests of this country? How many innocent people have been victimized and otherwise burdened by the police state snare of the Patriot Act laws enacted under the guise of assisting national security interests?

Nation Vulnerable to Domestic Terrorism

OC Navy Adm. Yedidya Ya'ari said the United States fell asleep {on 9-11} in its watch over its airspace and shoreline."

SenderBerl leaves the argument to others that there were people forewarned about 9-11 hours before it occurred. However, what we believe has a direct link to the Bush administration’s complicity is the evidence that the nation stood the morning of 9-11 totally vulnerable to attack and offered no immediate prepared or structured response to the threat; that the President knowing the implications of a single hijacked plane – UNKNOWN to the general public since it was secreted from them and deliberately so – required him to forego the essential task of moving forward on his schedule to sit down and read with second grade school children in Sarasota. While we the American people would require two planes going into the World Trade Center towers to confirm terrorism, the President only needed to know that one plane was determined hijacked, which he had to know well before entering the Booker Elementary School.

That’s one terrible pilot

December 4: 2001: Florida Town Hall meeting: “When another child asked him to describe his feelings on Sept. 11, Bush recounted how he was in Florida waiting to address a classroom full of students. "I saw an airplane hit the tower - the TV was obviously on. And I used to fly, myself, and I said, 'Well, there's one terrible pilot.' ..

The 9-11 Commission should really zing into his saying he saw the plane go into the first (north) WTC tower. There is only one way he may have in fact seen it: if he got a military feed of the event! This president knew from the record before the 9-11 commission that terrorists were in the US and were planning on hijacking a plane. Only if he is more stupid than some think he is, he could not fail, and at least his advisors could not fail, to connect a hijacked plane not to bad piloting but to the very terrorism forewarned. Moreover, by offering this the public, it is manifest that he believed that there would never be a formal 9-11 investigation and he demeaned and dishonored the country by laying such a comical remark upon the nation in December 2001 when he knew the truth behind the events of 9-11.

Mr. Bush, who has been criticized by Democrats and the press for taking a month long working vacation in Crawford, said Americans "are beginning to realize that this is our home." He added: "I'm a homebody. I like my home. I like my own bedroom. I like hanging out with my family and friends here."Although he was careful to say nice things about Washington and the White House, Mr. Bush made clear he prefers Crawford."You know, coming out here makes you realize that Washington is a wonderful place, but it's certainly not the center of all wisdom and knowledge," he said. "There is a lot of wisdom and knowledge in the minds and souls of the folks of Crawford, Texas, just like there are amongst some of the elite in Washington." His vacation has not been all rest. He spent hours Friday talking with military advisers in a marathon meeting at the ranch that would have been truncated by the crush of other business if it had been held in the White House. He also has been able to spend more time with National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice."As a matter of fact, in some ways this place is better for work," Mr. Bush said. "This place allows for more in-depth discussions. Condi and I spend a lot of time just sitting around visiting about our foreign policy matters." I blew my chance to get on national TV when I attended my first presidential news conference Friday morning at the Crawford Community Center.The occasion was President Bush nominating Air Force Gen. Richard Myers as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. COX NEWS SERVICE AUG 28.

SenderBerl: Rice, Myers, military advisors. We trust the 9-11 Commission is discovering who was there and whether they found the time to discuss American's heightened status of alert and whether they were ready to intervene in case terrorists hijacked planes. Or was their discussion about "delayed response?" New Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. How timely.

Condy Rice was cover for a shadow government implementing a secret agenda

Consistent with the criminal design in play, was putting in Condoleezza Rice as the National Security Advisor. Colin Powell was put off and rightfully so when he was the medium deployed to instigate world approval of Bush’s design to invade Iraq on the claim that there was imminent danger from WMD. Washington -- Secretary of State Colin Powell directly criticized the intelligence community for the first time Friday for giving him apparently flawed information that he used to justify the U.S. invasion of Iraq. Powell said the "most dramatic'' of his allegations -- that Saddam Hussein's regime had mobile germ labs -- was based on questionable U.S. intelligence. The allegations were central to the evidence that Powell dramatically presented to the U.N. Security Council on Feb. 5, 2003, as he urged a skeptical world body to confront Hussein. Powell said that as he prepared for his U.N. presentation, intelligence officials gave him data from four sources on mobile weapons laboratories. He insisted that he had pushed them to make sure their analysis was correct. "It was presented to me in the preparation of that (portfolio of evidence) as the best information and intelligence that we had," he said. "They certainly indicated to me ... that it was solid. "Now it appears not to be the case that it was solid,'' he said. He called on a federal commission investigating prewar intelligence to examine how the data had been gathered. The comments were an abrupt reversal for Powell, who had acknowledged disagreements among analysts but had not criticized the intelligence agencies.

SenderBerl: Let us interpret the timing of this admission: he is telling Rice they used me, fooled me, as a pawn and a dupe for an egregious act still unfolding for history; don't trust them (there is no doubt that Condy is under full time surveillance and supervision and there is little doubt that if Powell tried to tell this to her directly now, it would not prove wise for either of them). He is close to Condy Rice and no doubt sees that if as Secretary of State he could be summarily used to actuate their invidious agenda, being given the string of lies of how the mission was to serve the country and world, he has little doubt that Condy Rice can be further fooled to cover for the even more invidious crime behind the NWO curtain. If the 9-11 panel asks the questions they no doubt should ask then Rice's testimony could prove critical to the course of the future, that is how potentially important it may turn out to be.

Condoleezza Rice made a historical faux pax in May 2002. She said before the world press:

RICE: Steve, I don't think anybody could have predicted that these people would take an airplane and slam it into the World Trade Center, take another one and slam it into the Pentagon; that they would try to use an airplane as a missile, a hijacked airplane as a missile. All of this reporting about hijacking was about traditional hijacking. You take a plane - people were worried they might blow one up, but they were mostly worried that they might try to take a plane and use it for release of the blind sheik or some of their own people.

While Dr. Rice subsequently admitted that she misspoke, the essential factor is that it became clear when she made her admission that she was not apprised of the intel about terrorists planning on using planes as missiles until after she committed the faux pax in May 2002. At this point of time VP Cheney was pounding the table, creating fear in the children of America, that another act of domestic terrorism was imminent. Yet the President’s national security advisor had no knowledge for eight months AFTER 9-11 about it. She should have had it before 9-11 and she no doubt should have it after – and getting it eight months later only because of a global faux pax spoke to our assertion that she was not and is not the national security advisor. Thus, once the evidence is clear of Bush complicity in the events of 9-11 then it is equally clear that the complicity was in the hands of a shadow government operating in lieu and superseding those in office for the positions publicly held.

This is what we wrote on May 19, 2002:

We do not intend to get into this sad possibility now opened by the behavior of the political parties in Washington. Suffice it to say that even without the evidence we have secured that it sufficient to recognize that the major lies now undermine President Bush’s chances of re-election in 2004.

Now, here is why we believe this to be the case.

First, the major error committed was the statements made by C. Rice, his national security advisor, that the White House had no thought or idea that a plane would be used as a missile to wit: this was a new perspective, to which the White House was otherwise unaware. This is easily proven untrue by a series of reports throughout a four or five year period where the CIA and other agencies uncovered the strategic intent to use a plane as a missile to take out government related facilities/buildings. Thus, we can conclude that Ms. Rice has cost herself her job because her remaining in this position will be a political liability in 2004. Thus, when no one is looking, she ultimately will be replaced.

Second, is Dick Cheney coming on so strong against an investigation of 9-11. The American public doesn’t care if it is an open or closed investigation, but they surely want to know that the check and balance system in Washington is in operation against the threat that its government serves as its greatest opponent, if not enemy. It surely wants to know that no one really knew this was forthcoming and allowed it to happen - especially with someone like Dick Cheney rattling their instincts.

RICE: To the best of my recollection, I was not told that. LEHMAN: Were you aware that INS had been lobbying for years to get the airlines to drop the transit without visa loophole that enabled terrorists and illegals to simply buy a ticket through the transit-without-visa waiver and pay the airlines extra money and come in? RICE: I learned about that after September 11th. LEHMAN: Were you aware that the INS had quietly, internally, halved its internal security enforcement budget? RICE: I was not made aware of that. I don't remember being made aware of that, no. LEHMAN: Were you aware that it was the U.S. government established policy not to question or oppose the sanctuary policies of New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, San Diego for political reasons, which policy in those cities prohibited the local police from cooperating at all with federal immigration authorities? RICE: I do not believe I was aware of that. LEHMAN: Were you aware - to shift a little bit to Saudi Arabia - were you aware of the program that was well established that allowed Saudi citizens to get visas without interviews? RICE: I learned of that after 9-11. LEHMAN: Were you aware of the activities of the Saudi ministry of religious affairs here in the United States during that transition? RICE: I believe that only after September 11th did the full extent of what was going on with the ministry of religious affairs became evident. LEHMAN: Were you aware of the extensive activities of the Saudi government in supporting over 300 radical teaching schools and mosques around the country, including right here in the United States? RICE: I believe we've learned a great deal more about this and addressed it with the Saudi government since 9-11. LEHMAN: Were you aware at the time of the fact that Saudi Arabia had and were you told that they had in their custody the CFO and the closest confidant of al-Qaida - of Osama bin Laden, and refused direct access to the United States? RICE: I don't remember anything of that kind. LEHMAN: Were you aware that they would not cooperate and give us access to the perpetrators of the Khobar Towers attack? RICE: I was very involved in issues concerning Khobar Towers and our relations with several governments concerning Khobar Towers. LEHMAN: Thank you. Were you aware - and it disturbs me a bit, and again, let me shift to the continuity issues here. Were you aware that it was the policy of the Justice Department - and I'd like you to comment as to whether these continuities are still in place - before I go to Justice, were you aware that it was the policy and I believe remains the policy today to fine airlines if they have more than two young Arab males in secondary questioning because that's discriminatory? RICE: No, I have to say that the kind of inside arrangements for the FAA are not really in my... LEHMAN: Well, these are not so inside. Were you aware that the FAA up until 9-11 thought it was perfectly permissible to allow four-inch knife blades aboard? RICE: I was not aware. LEHMAN: OK. Pinpoint Accuracy

SenderBerl long has argued that the plane hitting the south tower on the eastern side was directed into that spot since it required pinpoint accuracy to collapse the tower, SenderBerl arguing that there were internal explosives that went off on the north eastern side of the building triggered with the plane’s destructive impact.

Therefore it is the undersigned’s perspective that the airplanes served as a trigger or cover for the implosion of the buildings that were assisted by planted devices in the skyscraper structures. As a professional demolition expert could attest, it takes only several well-situated devices when aided by burning jet fuel to do what the world witnessed only two days ago.

The graphic (at http://www.senderberl.com/ps/ps2/index.html#L11 ) in our opinion is wrong on two important dimensions. First it was not a wayward near miss of the South Tower. It was an exact on target intentional planned strike against the South Tower, one that allowed the South Tower to first collapse albeit the North Tower suffered fifteen minutes earlier a direct hit with fuel spread through the building internally because of it. Video Reference A shows that the jet deliberately banks into the right corner of the building as though drawn in by a homing signal. Now, keep in mind that the building falls, see Photo Reference F, both fall, in fact, consistent with internal explosions and never did we see or hear discussion in the media from demolition experts to assess it or deny it. SenderBerl detailed a string of flash news stories contradicting any content that jet fuel in any event took down the buildings as seen. If you look at the photo showing the intense glow on the far most corner (Photo Reference A), this is consistent with the reality offered by SenderBerl that demolition only requires a series of explosives strategically placed. With internal explosives packed at the eastern edge and/or along the eastern side, the plane striking the eastern side on the southern end (Photo References D&E), results in what is displayed by Photo Reference B, showing that the building literally failed all along the eastern side. It was a pinpoint hit and the outbound explosion as seen is not the result of the graphic from psyopnews.com but from the planted explosives. Look at the video again and again. The plane simply does not strike at the angle the graphic imputes. Furthermore, Video References B&C above, show that the military’s radar stealth high speed aircraft was in the area and when coupled together with everything linked to above and discussed by us on this site, it simply suggests a crime which now defines our current time and condition.

For the structure to break as it did above, to topple earlier than the North Tower, which was struck first and struck dead center, required the pinpoint hit SenderBerl has detailed as the one planned to effectuate the result witnessed by history. We have also added under Photo Reference C the plume that highlights the internal demolition discharge that not coincidentally was in direct alignment with the pinpoint strike on the other side of the tower causing the collapse recorded by the photo just above. Now, an Internet site has posted photos of a pod underneath the plane that supports those contenting that it was directed into the building by a hovering AWAC military plane. In this regard the presence of a pod underneath a plane, where it should have not existed, brings very damaging evidence in further support of military complicity. We note that the Internet site highlighting these photos also contends that a missile emanated from the pod prior to striking the building. SenderBerl has reservations about this argument and thinks it is overkill and unnecessary in that the very presence of the pod plainly attests to governmental/military complicity. In this regard we note one of the newspaper extracts from August 2001:

We trust the 9-11 Commission is discovering who was there and whether they found the time to discuss America's heightened status of alert and whether they were ready to intervene in case terrorists hijacked planes. Now we conclude with the Osama bin-Laden’s own words in or about November 2001:

Bin Laden: (Inaudible) ... we calculated in advance the number of casualties from the enemy, who would be killed based on the position of the tower. We calculated that the floors that would be hit would be three or four floors. I was the most optimistic of them all. (Inaudible) ... due to my experience in this field, I was thinking that the fire from the gas in the plane would melt the iron structure of the building and collapse the area where the plane hit and all the floors above it only. This is all that we had hoped for.

This shows that Osama bin-Laden had planned a hijacking and even driving the plane into a building. But he and others were thinking that the damage and consequence would be fraction of what was witnessed that day. The consequences were so much more than anyone could have imagined. This is further evidence of government/military complicity because the known truth from experts is that it required precise strikes and added explosives and complicity to see what did unravel for the world that day.

Expert testimony would establish that no one from a flight school could have consummated the damage witnessed that day including the toppling of two major symbolic US structures offering the Bush administration the awaited domestic predicate to launch plans in hand to wage the war it subsequently enabled.

No one can tell us that taking three thousand souls justified any appropriate agenda for this country. Suggested Findings for the 9-11 Commission

Circumstantial and direct evidence prove beyond a reasonable doubt the following:

a. The Bush administration showed wanton neglect in protecting the nation on 9-11 from anticipated and forewarned domestic terrorism;

b. As to allow the conclusion that it allowed the historically recorded terrorism of that day to take place;

c. That the Bush administration or a shadow government in control thereof was complicit in the events of that day to elevate the terrorism otherwise planned by Al-Qaeda cells in the United States, taking flight lessons to aid in a planned hijacking of US aircraft;

d. That the Bush administration could have prepared and should have prepared a structured plan to respond to the imminent threat of airplane hijackings but did not only do so but the record shows that the sitting administration did not in fact convey requisite and needed information and command for the FBI, FAA and other agencies to properly move forward to preclude the attack or prevent the damage done on 9-11 to major metropolitan areas;

e. That the Congress is compelled to pursue the issue that the long in place NORAD system to protect the country including major metropolitan areas from nuclear attack, failed on 9-11 to intervene even after four planes went off transponder and more than one plane was known hijacked by 8:25 AM that day;

f. That the President and his administration’s argument that it simply underestimated the threat and danger in play and that there were systemic problems in the country’s infrastructure to meet and address the attack of 9-11, which it could not correct in its first 233 days in office, is deemed fully irrelevant to the conclusions and determinations otherwise rendered above under the known facts and circumstances deemed central and relevant to the events of 9-11.

WHEREFORE, this Commission’s findings should be forwarded to the United States Congress for immediate action deemed fitting, appropriate and required in view of the serious and dire implications thereof to the nation.

Supplemental Suggested Finding by the 9-11 Commission

The briefing paper was presented to Mr. Bush on Aug. 6 at his Texas ranch. The memorandum, declassified on April 10 by the White House at the commission's request, included some ominous information. It said that Qaeda operatives had been in the United States for years, might be planning an attack in the United States and could be focusing on a building in Lower Manhattan as a target. Inasmuch as the National Security Agency carrying the highest levels of technologies to intercept global communications, and who focus on voices such as Osama bin-Laden, this Commission suggests that the communication to Osama bin-Laden on or about September 6, 2001 was in fact intercepted EXPLAINING the President’s sudden change in schedule internally on the very same date, announced on September 7, 2001, to include visits to elementary schools in Florida, further explaining his remaining at the publicly known facility albeit such facility could only be an understood target of the then unknown scope of the terrorism in play on 9-11, absent the President and his administration knowing the true scope of the terrorism in play that day, further suggesting that the President and his administration knew that domestic terrorism would take place on 9-11 and that it would center on lower Manhattan and other areas of the country outside the pale of the State of Florida, and in view of his decision to enter the Booker Elementary School, knowing that the country was subject to major forthcoming terrorism, knowing that planes were hijacked and a large number off transponder, compromised the ability of NORAD had they engaged the US commercial aircraft to preclude what could have putatively been a nuclear payload from reaching major metropolitan areas leaving the conclusion the President was complicit in the events of 9-11 in contravention to his oath of office.

Nothing could say it better than today, April 19, 2004, with the release of Woodward's new book Plan of Attack which has Colin Powell moving forward from the inside to tell the American people that there is a shadow government.

He warned Condy Rice not to play the dupe he played in unwittingly pushing forward the shadow government agenda to seize control of OPEC. Rice chose to throw her chips in with the oil cabal that has given her all the material things and power she strived for in her life. Powell on the other hand is fed up with seeing the evil in his midst and no doubt has subscribed to our proposition that the shadow government is out to undermine the USA due to the reality that Blacks and Hispanics will be the majority in the future USA and the elitist centrix, extracting the wealth of the USA, fully intends not to leave the USA as a major military or economic power.

"Numerous types of civilian and military aircraft were used as mock hijacked aircraft," the statement said. "These exercises tested track detection and identification; scramble and interception; hijack procedures; internal and external agency coordination and operational security and communications security procedures."

A White House spokesman said Sunday that the Bush administration was not aware of the NORAD exercises. But the exercises using real aircraft show that at least one part of the government thought the possibility of such attacks, though unlikely, merited scrutiny.

NORAD officials have acknowledged that "scriptwriters" for the drills included the idea of hijacked aircraft being used as weapons.

SenderBerl: This story issued to highlight that NORAD was originally envisioned to confront foreign aircraft entering US airspace not domestic aircraft. However, over time, NORAD realized, as anyone awake in intelligence, based on airplane hijackings, as a long noted medium in terrorism, that they might have to intercept flights arising domestically since they may be laced or carrying nuclear devices.

The bottom line is that the CIA was warned by foreign intelligence services of imminent major terrorism involving airplanes and involving lower Manhattan. It is not a jump in logic or a stretch in imagination to connect the dots to the intelligence already known: using planes as weapons as acknowledged by NORAD not only in theory but possible and probable to a degree where NORAD implemented actual exercises simulating this very dynamic.

Thus, the remaining issue is the one covered: whether as Condy Rice said the FAA, FBI and thereby NORAD and our own military were tasked and ready to intercept hijacked airplanes especially under this putative scenario which in all respect many others awake would not only have imagined but should by design and in accord with their responsibilities have been fully prepared.

The evidence known to us is that military jets were stymied from taking to the air to intercept the planes.

The evidence is further as we have detailed that the President should have known terrorism was in play with the first plane off transponder not to say four and should not have entered the Booker elementary school classroom and readied himself for executive command decisions regarding the need to shoot down planes if necessary in an intercept to protect major metropolitan areas. Hijackers were going to run the planes into major symbolic target buildings; shooting down the plane would not have closed any gateway to save the passengers who under any permutation could not be saved. Thus, again, the evidence is that the events of 9-11 were allowed to happen, and of course the evidence we have noted to you is one of Bush cabal complicity which incredibly is highlighted 24 hours later by the release of Woodward's book seeing Colin Powell as the brave soldier he is carrying the courage to advise the American people and the US military that we have a shadow government in operation and thus under our evidence and argument one behind the tragedy of 9-11 as the condition predicate to seize Middle East oil.

PS. The most obvious evidence of the intentional delay, that military jets were instructed not to intercept, is the fact that one of the other planes hijacked and in issue could plow into the Pentagon so much later in the morning. Again, if any one of these planes were carrying a nuclear device there would be no need for us to argue the point. The intentional malfeasance would have long ago been recognized by those surviving such a holocaust.

Condy Rice now substitutes for Cheney in calling for imminent domestic terrorism

Condy Rice foolishly choosing to believe that Cheney and those like him
would ever accept her into the true inner circle

WASHINGTON -- The United States is bracing for possible terrorist attacks before the November presidential election, national security adviser Condoleezza Rice said Sunday. The opportunity for terrorists to try to influence the election, as was the case last month in Spain, appears to be an opportunity that would "be too good to pass up for them," Rice said. "I think that we do have to take very seriously the thought that the terrorists might have learned, we hope, the wrong lesson from Spain," Rice told "Fox News Sunday." "I think we also have to take seriously that they might try during the cycle leading up to the election to do something," she said. "We are actively looking at that possibility, actively trying to see - to make certain that we are responding appropriately," she said.

SenderBerl: She's encouraging terrorism not negating it. She like Cheney is moving toward public postures to serve a self fulfilling prophecy. SenderBerl has articulated fully and repeatedly that Bush is nothing without terrorism. It is important to understand that the reason the terrorism did not serve Anzar in Spain is because his PP party made the strategic error of blaming the Basques rather than al-Qaeda. Thus if Israel faces terrorists attacks it will in fact be by independent cells of those existing to implementing Jihad.

Conclusion: Things are very serious. It is obvious that our analysis that Colin Powell on April 3, 2004 was sending Condy Rice a message was obviously correct. Now, we believe Colin Powell through Woodward's book is sending another message that we will clarify at another time. We will only say that Rumsfeld after the tragedy of 9-11 announced that jet fighters were put on a 15-minute strip alert at 26 bases nationwide. We wonder, now that Condy Rice warns of imminent terrorism on the eve of the November elections, whether these preparations have been made, or is it that this administration desperately wants and needs this country to absorb another round of its psychotic behavior?

We believe that any terrorism that unravels will be in connection with the rails or be of a completely different genre to support the Bush argument that the country cannot prepare to defend against random terrorism (and thus soften their malfeasance regarding 9-11 and the forthcoming 9-11 report).

There are rumblings in the air and there seems to be good reasons to support it. Plus do not forget that in addition to the spectre of terrorism, Bush and his cabal fully intend to find WMD before November 2004 (see below).

With all due respect, if you are in Congress and find yourself tolerant of the White House, you should not any longer protect the President and the sitting executive administration.

The trail of missteps by this administration is a historical travail to the nation and even to those aligned and supporting the President in this extreme agenda that some argue is beneficial to the future interests of this country.

When he knew what would unravel ultimately at the 9-11 hearings, how could he be so arrogant to tell the American people in response to a question from a child that "That's one terrible pilot."

Could he have missed the damage that would fly back at him and this government because of it?

When he went to Florida and then went into the classroom after knowing that one plane already struck the tower, didn't he realize that ultimately the nation would know that one plane into the tower for him carried the meaning of two planes into the tower for the American people?

Didn't he realize that by staying at the school and giving a national address at a publicly known location that he could not later on refute that he and the Secret Service must have known the parameters of the terrorism in play?

Didn't he know that when he told the media that he was intent on staying in Crawford for an entire month that ultimately the nation would find out that he made this decision keeping secret the high level of alert for domestic terrorism?

Finally, didn't he know that after Condy Rice made the statement about being ignorant about planes being used as missiles that one day someone like us would pierce what he thought was an impenetrable veil and conclude that she was not and is not the true National Security Advisor?

For these reasons even those who contrary to our understanding may be tolerant or protective of the President, should no longer be shielding him from the consequences that now are unavoidable.

Suggested Findings for the 9-11 Commission

Circumstantial and direct evidence prove beyond a reasonable doubt the following:

a.       The Bush administration showed wanton neglect in protecting the nation on 9-11 from anticipated and forewarned domestic terrorism;

b.      As to allow the conclusion that it allowed the historically recorded terrorism of that day to take place;

c.       That the Bush administration or a shadow government in control thereof was complicit in the events of that day to elevate the terrorism otherwise planned by Al-Qaeda cells in the United States, taking flight lessons to aid in a planned hijacking of US aircraft;

d.      That the Bush administration could have prepared and should have prepared a structured plan to respond to the imminent threat of airplane hijackings but did not only do so but the record shows that the sitting administration did not in fact convey requisite and needed information and command for the FBI, FAA and other agencies to properly move forward to preclude the attack or prevent the damage done on 9-11 to major metropolitan areas;

e.       That the Congress is compelled to pursue the issue that the long in place NORAD system to protect the country including major metropolitan areas from nuclear attack, failed on 9-11 to intervene even after four planes went off transponder and more than one plane was known hijacked by 8:25 AM that day;

f.        That the President and his administration’s argument that it simply underestimated the threat and danger in play and that there were systemic problems in the country’s infrastructure to meet and address the attack of 9-11, which it could not correct in its first 233 days in office, is deemed fully irrelevant to the conclusions and determinations otherwise rendered above under the known facts and circumstances deemed central and relevant to the events of 9-11.

WHEREFORE, this Commission’s findings should be forwarded to the United States Congress for immediate action deemed fitting, appropriate and required in view of the serious and dire implications thereof to the nation.

The Question We Were Asked on XMRADIO (May 5, 2004)

When we appeared on May 5, 2004 on the Make It Plain Show host Mark Thompson zeroed in on why we thought the war crimes came to forefront at this point of time. Many people would think the White House would have buried it. After all, war crimes have been taking place all along, the worse ones connective to the indiscriminate killing of Iraqi innocents including woman, children and infants on a wholesale basis. <http://www.rense.com/general51/warn.htm>

The answer Mr. Ehrlich offered was that albeit many people would connect the disclosure to points Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. long raised, to wit: impugning further the honor and reputation of the country as part and parcel of the NWO agenda to maim and injure it in order to leave it as a third world power and further in such very regard undermine further the military, to further demoralize it as we have long set out has been the agenda, Mr. Ehrlich indicated that it was to shift focus from 9-11 unto the issue of war crimes rather than put the entire NWO agenda at risk as seemed imminent under the nations focus and attention on the 9-11 investigation.

To fully understand the dynamics in play, you have to go back to May 2002. There we had Dick Cheney nearly every day put the fear of death into Americans including American children that a major terrorist attack was imminent. Here we were eight months plus after 9-11 and there was no further terrorism. There were demands for a 9-11 investigation from the families of the 9-11 victims; one Cheney and the Bush administration were fighting against tooth and nail under the pretext of national security.

To compound Cheneys concerns you had Condy Rice make that historic remark that no one in the Bush administration had any basis to believe terrorists would take a plane and drive it into a landmark building. Thus to Cheney, who we believe is in operational control of all the black operations under this administration for the NOW shadow government, he needed to ignite some group to carry something out domestically. Once that was done he would have the NWO media play it to the hilt to make 9-11 a distant memory, helping foreclose the need for the demanded 9-11 investigation.

SenderBerls position was that Cheneys warning were raw and wrong and instilled fear into Americas children and thereafter he quieted down bringing attention to the position we took that someone would have to explain why the Vice-President suddenly was consumed with the urge to make the remarks he was making after eight months had passed. Moreover, Mr. Ehrlich on the Jeff Rense Radio Show explained why there was no domestic terrorism and why no further terrorism would be seen domestically: that the Middle East leadership would explain to any and all terrorist elements that the Bush administration WANTED further terrorism among a host of other reasons to lay a platform for widening military intrusions into the Middle East to secure control and occupation of Syria and Iran. http://www.senderberl.com/audio/audio5.wma

Thus Cheneys worse fears connected to the 9-11 investigation. It is important to interject with our insight why the war crimes were photographed and videotaped. Ultimately, as we explained the US military would be fully undermined and no doubt such actions and behaviors would be used in furtherance of that agenda. SenderBerl pointed out that immediately concurrent with the invasion of Iraq a new NATO was put in place overseas, one with all the members, just absent the US. The other facet that would take place is to uproot the US dollar and US economy, to leave the nation so weakened and maimed it would have little resistance to abandoning its sovereignty, its borders, accepting a new currency and be totally amenable and even happy becoming part of the new world order government, one where all countries abandoned sovereignty and their former forms of government for the new world central government.

However, SenderBerl pointed out that 9-11 opened the portal to identifying the agenda by proving Bush/Cheney/NWO complicity in the 9-11. Not only is the proof clear and unequivocal beyond a reasonable doubt that the President allowed 9-11 to take place but that he and his cabal were complicit in it elevating any planned terrorism to the historic degree seen on that day. This of course provided the needed platform of moral outrage to change the culture of this country by undermining and demeaning the US Constitution as highlighted by the Presidents National Security Strategy but also permitted him to activate the US military to pursue an agenda for regime and culture change for the entire Middle East region.

SenderBerl told the President post 9-11 that while the New World Order crew was all powerful here on this planet, operating without fear and the confidence that it could prevail over anyone or anything in its way, that the pursuit of an agenda to effectuate culture change in the Middle East would never succeed. The first sign of major intervention against the NWO agenda is that while this evil agenda hoped to see Saddam launch WMD against Israel or US troops concentrated in Northern Kuwait, Saddam and Iraq having been depleted of nearly all conventional weapon systems via the UN and otherwise having little else to defend itself, Saddam did not use WMD. So even if he had it, the point is that he did not use it. Thus the NWO relied that WMD would be discovered. Thus, the focus shifted to its discovery. None found. There were even reports of a black op to plant WMD and that was uprooted when US troops entered the area thwarting the black op operation. Thus, Bush and the NWO had no platform to expand the campaign as planned from the get go. This was the sign of the first intervention.

The US had no plans with what to do with just Iraq because all their planning connected with plans when it had invaded, occupied not only Iraq but Syria and Iran as well. Thus the result of the invasion became a quagmire for the US and domestic concern arose as to how Bush would extricate himself from it while at the same time he not only faced the prospect of reelection but also the specter of the 9-11 Commission.

The NWO and Karl Rove dreaded these highlighted facts. Again there was no escape. If it started going mainstream, how were they going to address it? The more they tried to escape from these facts the more they would get tangled in the ball of twine. Thus, they had to move forward something they had prepared for future release: the war crimes evidence.

Now pause for a moment and take a look at what two radio commentators said when these war crimes issues were released: Rush Limbaugh said that there was nothing wrong with what these photos showed, it was a bunch of stressed out troops having a good time and letting off some steam! Couple this with radio host Mike Savage saying that anyone criticizing the government should be put in a forced labor camp!

Our reaction when we read this was that they were responding to something they were prepared for but no one could tell them that the war crimes were coming out by necessity prematurely and they should hold back on their prepared comments intended we think for another time. From where we sit, both of them should be hung for what they said. If anyone belongs in a labor camp, it is these two.

Thus, all this shows you the danger of this administration and the cabal behind it and the need to continue focus on 9-11. The proof of our position is the NWO needed to shift attention from what was ready to become mainstream: the evidence from Bushs own mouth that he was complicit in 9-11. Furthermore, the evidence was clear that Condy Rice was not the Presidents National Security Advisor and it is increasingly clear to the public that Dick Cheney did head up black ops coming out of the White House from what Colin Powell identified as the separate (shadow) government in true control of the presidential covert agenda.

Regarding the question we were asked on XMRADIO Mr. Ehrlich told the audience they should keep their focus on the issue of GHOST DETAINEES. Mr. Ehrlich said that if they didnt hear this term or investigation of it, then a further cover-up was in progress because GHOST DETAINEES were the evidence that connected the dots back to Cheney. The CIA could not get operatives signed up in the Arab/Islamic world. Thus, here in Cell Block 1-A of the Baghdad Central Penitentiary you had military intelligence in control of the cell block, all windows were removed, and here people were not only tortured, humiliated but also died. SenderBerl explained that those that died probably refused to cooperate in the program and thus since they could identify others who decided to cooperate could not live because they could identify those cooperating with US intelligence. They were killed as a casualty of war.

Further, the lack of required records and the need to hide these prisoners, the GHOST DETAINEES from the International Red Cross makes the point by itself.

Since the CIA had its hands tied from such illegal recruitment programs, Mr. Warmth, Dick Cheney, operating the shadow government, had the best sadists money could find join private companies, protected by executive order, to commit the crimes necessary to achieve the desired results. With Cheneys penchant to kill several birds with one stone he had the crimes photographed making sure that those aligned with the NWO werent in any of pictures allowing the events to serve further NWO needs to ultimately further undermine the military and the country. Also with Rove and Cheney sensitive to what might happen with the 9-11 hearings this activity further served as a backstop to shift focus at the right moment from anything that might grow out of 9-11 to undermine NWO interests.

We have a penchant of being pretty accurate or close to accurate on our NWO interpretations. We understand the agenda pretty well and while we initially gave the President the benefit of the doubt assigning blame for the elevation of terrorism to China rather to him and the NWO, we long ago uncovered the truth and recognized that Israel had a chance to free itself from the grasp of the NWO when Rabin was assassinated and we have the chance to do so with 9-11. Israel infiltrated and controlled and wrapped up as a steer headed for slaughter has not seized its last opportunity to rid itself of the NWO influence which changed the culture of the State of Israel compelling it to fall into the abyss despite its superior military and despite its loyalty to the USA, now the NWO. However, we must not fail in deploying 9-11 to eliminate the NWO and the only dynamic that should be pursued and highlighted regarding war crimes at the prison is the GHOST DETAINEES. There have been endless war crimes

in Iraq, a reflection of a leadership molding soldiers to see Iraqis and sub human, allowing wholesale murders; but does not go to where the GHOST DETAINEES go: to the truth and in our opinion to the Vice-President and President.

Rumsfeld may wind up the sacrificial lamb of the NWO and while Bush and the NWO do everything to let him slip by, Cheney, in his distasteful role of the dictating abusive parent, today scolded American and the Congress to get off his case will have to result in Rummys resignation to offset the issues that will again find themselves at Bush and Cheneys door. If Colin Powell even thinks of taking Rumsfelds position (we hope so), then Powell better check his airplane himself before he travels. Another possible casualty carrying high risk to this administration particularly if anything happens to Powell is Condy Rice.

Please do what you can to make sure this material gets wide dissemination. We are at the crossroads. The NWO wants the train to go to the hell they control, we have to turn the track switch and go back to our roots and become a country that again makes G-d central to the character of our nation and government. GHOST DETAINEES

Background: On May 5, 2004, when we appeared on XMRADIO we highlighted that portion of General Targuba's report that referenced "ghost detainees" as those prisoners who were not logged in, to wit: no record of their incarceration; held by military intelligence in Cell Block 1-A for interrogation and moved to hide them from the International Red Cross. If the photographs were not released no one would ever have known of their incarceration, interrogation, abuse, torture, and murder. Mr. Ehrlich in the audio excerpt below argued that when one traces the purpose behind ghost detainees, when coupled with interrogation by private contractors circumventing criminal liability by the US military, it traces to a design, emanating from the White House, to enlist/coerce Iraqi collaborators and agents. On May 5, 2004 Mr. Ehrlich heralded the fact that if the media forewent focus on ghost detainees, one could justly assume that the government controlled media were instructed to step aside from focus and/or any meaningful discussion regarding an issue which an aggressive democratic media would connect the dots back to the Oval Office.

GHOST DETAINEES IS A TERM ARISING OUT OF THE PATRIOT ACT

Background: The Patriot Act is an all ensnaring document. It uses a broad brush. Legally and legitimately anyone involved in any peace march or protest against the war or government, where any incident of violence takes place, no matter how remote or removed from the majority of those peacefully protesting, can be recorded as members of a terrorist organization as defined by the Patriot Act. Once an American citizen is so designated, then he can be classified as an enemy combatant. Cell Block 1-A was largely comprised of Iraqi innocents. Once designated an enemy combatant, applicable to both foreigners and U.S. citizens, an American citizen can be removed from the population, confined without counsel, without the need of the government/military to admit or deny his incarceration. He also can be subject to the same interrogation witnessed at the Baghdad Central Penitentiary and at Guantanimo Bay. The sitting administration's posture that the public should rely on it to properly discharge powers in contravention to the US Constitution did not take long to prove a misplaced reliance. Denial of liberties and basic due process ALWAYS in history results in egregious abuse of power. All historical rudiments of evil emanate from such a seedbed.

U.S. NEVER INTENDS TO WITHDRAW ITS HOLD ON IRAQI OIL

Background: The Bush administration, candidly said, has always been primarily interested in the oil and secondary interested in deploying Iraq as a staging post to move against Syria and Iran. Thus, under the pretext, of protecting a new democratic independent government the Bush administration has already committed to sending more troops to Iraq. The only way the world will know that the US leaves Iraq is when the US leaves control of the oil to a body having no compulsory allegiance to US interests. The U.S. has a legitimate interest in Middle East oil. However, with a sitting President whose family is deeply involved in global oil, it is oxymoronic to support a course that translates into a war to seize/steal it with the President and his oil cabal having its sights also on oil in Iran, Venezuela and Saudi Arabia, to wit controlling OPEC.

PRESIDENT BUSH WITHOUT TERRORISM IS NOTHING

Background: Nancy Pelosi was reported to call President Bush incompetent, an idiot, who has compromised the USA domestically and internationally. Mr. Ehrlich detailed a number of strategic designs within the ambit of a President complicit in the events of 9-11. Mr. Ehrlich stated that contrary to Madrid that if domestic terrorism did take place in the USA prior to the November elections -- as the White House incredibly assured the American people that it would -- that the American public would be de facto duped into voting for Bush as the patriotic expression against the claimed al-Qaeda terrorism. While Mr. Ehrlich did not speak as to when and where it might occur, we now have concluded that a likely target is the Javits Center during the first day of the Republican Convention.

Mr. Ehrlich pointed out that the President has three strategic avenues depending on the gap between himself and Kerry. First, is machinating victory in California due to its current Governor adeptly put into place by the design of Karl Rove (otherwise no one would accept California going to Bush). Second, is finding WMD in Iraq, with a signed confession by no one less than Saddam Hussein, held in US custody, as to its existence and location and third, domestic terrorism, the ideal location from where we sit being the Republican convention.

So long since 9-11, so long has the world carried anger against Bush administration policies, and then contrary to Al-Qaeda and terrorists interests terrorists blow up trains in Madrid. Aznar's political party bungles it and blames the ETA rather than Al-Qaeda, engendering the ire of the populace who brings in the POSE who moves to withdraw the 1000 Spanish troops from Iraq. The crime in Madrid brings billions of minds throughout the world including not so coincidentally the political psyche of the American people onto terrorism, which returns center stage in line with the Bush administration's political campaign efforts. Now, Sharon does something he could have done all along. However, regardless of the argument whether or not his action was beneficial to Israel, he guarantees an escalation of terrorism in Israel and lays a concrete foundation to support it in the USA. We can only say what we said before. Terrorism in the US helps Bush. Al-Qaeda would not do anything to help Bush. Thus, how convenient that there were no legitimate claims from the deed in Madrid which aside from making terrorism world center stage, helping Bush, would have helped Aznar's political party had it not fumbled the ball put into its lap. To us it smells nearly 100% 9-11. The proof is in the timing. There is only ONE only ONE ONE ONE dynamic on which Bush can coerce and support a victory: that is the US being in the vortex of another act of domestic terrorism. Thus, we the American people are fools, like none before us, for permitting representatives to even breathe another day without having them banging the door for a publicly aired investigation of 9-11. We also have a suggestion. The Congress should invite some independent citizens to ask questions also of the witnesses. If they ever dared to discharge their fiduciary responsibility accordingly, we would call in the Secret Service detail of the morning of 9-11 and ask for a non tampered copy of the Secret Service manual and guidelines. We are really going to be angry if the US is subject to any terrorism between now and election day, because there is no question that terrorists DO NOT INTEND to benefit BUSH and any such act HELPS BUSH IMMENSELY.

Conclusion: Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. has highlighted that Israel should look into the mirror. What does it see? Is it a nation reflecting the biblical blessings from G-d? No. Then it is on the wrong course. What is the right course? First, it missed the opportunity post the 1967 war to make it a nation honing a love of G-d in its children and population. It missed the chance to be a nation seen by the other nations of the world as bowing to and honoring G-d, without whom there would be no Irsael. Further, we would see an Israel standing before the world AGAINST an agenda to diminish G-d in the Arab/Islamic world under the facade to bring those nations and its populations into the modern world. Without question there would be no wars, no major conflicts, and no quagmires in the Middle East. Further, there would be no attempt by those aligned with oil to try to seize what doesn't belong to them and to undermine the country in their effort to do so and while doing so proceed on a campaign for one world government to wit: world domination and control.

True history will judge nations by whether they are moving to G-d or away from Him. Those that move away from Him have no future. Those that move to Him and remain loyal and steadfast to Him have His protection, which explains many of the mysteries confronting the USA and Israel in dealing with the Middle East. A superior military means nothing for the future world. We are at the point in time and history where we all should know better than to turn the other way when evil courses and designs seek to enmesh themselves again to enslave the world while again pepertuating injustice, oppression, abuse, corruption, torture, mayhem and murder.
