Iraq have been awarded, and Vice
President Dick Cheney's old employer,
Halliburton Co., is one of the early
winners. The Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR)
unit of Halliburton (HAL: up $0.54 to $20.66, Research, Estimates), of which Cheney was CEO from 1995 to
2000, said late Monday that it was awarded a
contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to
put out oil fires and make emergency repairs to
Iraq's oil infrastructure.***Since it's still
unknown how much damage has been or will be done
to Iraqi oil fields in the war, it's difficult to
estimate the contract's eventual dollar
value.***But its biggest value could be that
it puts Halliburton in a prime position to handle
the complete refurbishment of Iraq's

a plum job.***Getting Iraq's oil fields to
pre-1991 production levels will take at least 18
months and cost about $5 billion initially, with
$3 billion more in annual operating expenses, according to a recent

Unless someone controverts our perception that
American troops were kept sitting stagnant as
sitting ducks to entice a WMD attack after the US
launched 36 cruise missiles in starting the war
against Iraq, then we are of the position that
this is further evidence that this
administration, desperate to find WMD, and doing
everything to entice Iraq to use them, will
uncover them even it has to ship them into an
area of Iraq. Of course, it
will then face the dilemma of why Iraq possesses
them to not use them, leading to the further
conclusion that they will have to be used.
If
Saddam didn't use them when US troops were
amassed on the Northern Kuwaiti border, why would
he use them now? The $64,0000 question
that we are adept at asking is: at this juncture
who has more to gain by the use of WMD: Saddam or
Bush? It
makes us ill, very ill, that we feel justified in
proffering the question. We would never ask it at
this point but for the reality that 9-11 goes
unaddressed and unanswered when mounting evidence
has arisen that without Bush administration
complicity the long held goal of the launch of
the last phase of world domination and control
could never have come into play -- admitted to by
Richard Perle and a consequence he and the Bush
administration were awaiting and then when it
arose Condy Rice felt comfortable despite three
known reports to the contrary in saying that the
Bush administration and affiliates (cohorts) had
no reason in the world to expect that the
terrorists would deploy an airplane as they did
on 9-11, an assertion proven immediately to be a
false and deceptive statement to the American
people and global public. This highlights our
anger not only over letting American troops sit
there as sitting ducks, but invokes our anger in
recognizing the only truth that can emerge from
the Secret Service allowing President Bush to
remain seated at the Booker Elementary School
after Andrew Card told President Bush that
"America is under attack."

North
Korea did not launch prior to the US attack as we
interpreted it would do. The far less remote
interpretation was that Saddam would attack US
forces when amassed (conveniently for him) at the
Northern Kuwait border, particularly after Turkey
shut down using its terroritory for a move into
Northern Iraq. However, the failure to see Saddam
attack at all explains why there was nothing from
North Korea, since one suggests the other and
absence of one, Saddam's use of WMD against
sitting duck targets, suggests of course the
reason for the absence of seeing a launch by
North Korea. There is no way that China and other
nations are going to allow the US to simply gets
its way in Iraq. They are not going to roll over.
No doubt the day that Bush and Rumsfeld think
that this is the case, the counter strategy and
offense will become much clearer than the case
today. History attests that sovereign nations
under certain threat of ultimate attack will not
passively permit an aggressor nation to establish
the beachhead the threat to its future security.
In any event we are at the end game for the NWO
agenda. What plays out in the weeks ahead will
allow us to see more clearly the future course
for not only our country but for the world. In
the meantime, please keep in mind that one should
do everything possible to pursue disclosure about
the truth regarding the events of 9-11. However,
look at what we always described as the brillance
of evil. Now, with war commencing against Iraq,
the NWO pushes hard about the need to rally
around the commander in chief when our troops are
in harm's way in invading Iraq, stiffling
criticism or opposition. Thus, what the chance
for anyone to challenge the President and his
administration on the events of 9-11, without
which Bush and cohorts could never have angled
their way into invading Iraq?

Don't
ever for a minute discount the STRATEGIC ERROR

morning. There is no question in our minds that
US troops were set up for WMD attack. Can you
believe it? Perhaps if you have already
considered the truth behind 9-11, you will find
this a lot easier than otherwise. Ask any soldier
running into bunkers or putting on masks (13 or
more times yesterday) whether they were certain
they would be facing WMD. Ask any soldier, we
challenge the media to do so, whether they
thought they were sitting around there as sitting
ducks for a WMD attack. The truth is that they
were, and nothing made it clearer than sending in
the cruise missiles against the leadership and
then leaving the troops dormant amassed as a
convenient target in the area.

strong reaction to the start of the U.S.-led war
against Iraq, called on Thursday for an
immediate halt to military action and a return to
efforts to resolve the crisis peacefully. From
AP: It (China) noted with concern that
the U.S. and its allies, in launching their
attack against Iraq early Thursday, bypassed the
U.N. Security Council, where China had ''worked
tirelessly'' with other countries toward a
political settlement.***'China is also concerned
about the lives and property of the Iraqi people
and the profound influence the military actions
may bring to regional and global peace,'' he
said.

Blair can't quit even if wants to and he may want

after a sandstorm lashed through northern Kuwait

that desert dust might hamper any attack on Iraq.
Veterans of the 1991 Desert Storm campaign to
drive Iraqi forces from Kuwait said the wind,
which left troops and weapons coated with dust, had
been as fierce as they had ever seen it.
The storms whip up fine
sand from the desert which can find its way into

optical equipment now commonly used in modern

captured all the things that are troubling me
about his approach. It was when he said: ''When
it comes to our security, we really don't need

bothered me was the phrase, ''When it comes to
our security . . .'' Fact: The invasion of Iraq
today is not vital to American security. Saddam
Hussein has neither the intention nor the
capability to threaten America, and is easily
deterrable if he did. This is not a war of

unilaterally, I fear America will not only lose
the chance of building a decent Iraq, but
something more important -- America's efficacy as
the strategic and moral leader of the free world.

KOREA. THE
UNFORTUNATE CONSEQUENCE IS THAT THE PRESIDENT

ADMINISTRATIONS, IS BIOTERRORISM. AS WE SAID,
NOTHING WOULD STOP THE PRESIDENT FROM SERVING THE
OIL CARTEL SEGMENT OF THE NWO, AND LIKEWISE, WE

CONTINUES TO FOCUS ON IRAQ, WITH US MILITARY
LIVES LOST IN ASIA, THIS SHOULD CAUSE A STIR IN
THIS COUNTRY. IF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE CAN STAND
PASSIVE TO THE DRUG AND EDUCATIONAL EPIDEMICS,
PRESIDENT BUSH AND COHORTS WILL PROBABLY BET BIG
THAT YOU WON'T SAY MUCH ABOUT A SLAUGHTER OF
AMERICAN TROOPS IN ASIA (NOT TO SAY MILITARY
DEATHS FORTHCOMING IN IRAQ DUE TO BIOTERRORISM).
HAVE YOU HEARD A SINGLE WORD ABOUT THE PENTAGON
POLICY DIRECTING THAT US TROOPS SUBJECT TO
BIOTERRORISM BE CREMATED? ITS OK -- CLOSE YOUR

9-11, THE PREDICATE AND EXCUSE FOR THIS UNHEARD
OF COURSE FOR PRE-EMPTIVE WAR BY A US PRESIDENT.

FEAR VERY MUCH ABOUT WHAT LIES AHEAD.
