WHAT do you give someone who’s been proved innocent after spending the best part of their life behind bars, wrongfully convicted of a crime they didn’t commit? An apology, maybe? Counselling? Champagne? Compensation? Well, if you’re David Blunkett, the Labour Home Secretary, the choice is simple: you give them a big, fat bill for the cost of board and lodgings for the time they spent freeloading at Her Majesty’s Pleasure in British prisons. The Bush administration had thought the PP (Anzar's political party aligned with the war on Iraq) would from the get go blame Al-Qaeda and then forge the issue that the Spanish people needed the PP to continue in the fight against terrorism. However, those within the PP, distant from the ploy, concluded that the safest road was to blame the local terrorists, the ETA. Thus, they forged the mental dynamic that the ETA was responsible to cast the Spanish people into support of the PP. However, it was evident from the first that it was not the ETA. Thus, now that the Spanish people are angry at being misled by the PP, they are, by the logical standard imposed by the PP, concluding that it was Al-Qaeda but now using that conclusion to support the PSOE rather than the PP.

Thus, the entire intended dynamic to try to give the PP a boost to secure parliamentary control now blows up and seems to operate for the PSOE the intended political victim of the deed. We now await the results of the election

SenderBerl said in Recapturing America that the game plan to interfere in international elections including those of allies would one day blow up and possibly take the world to war. It was a serious mistake to elect the son of a father who was a one term president -- especially one who shows the body language of a man totally removed from the American people and the fundamental precepts of this country: one who knowingly and willingly allows the military to be used and abused and who during a second term will surely show that he carries the same sentiment to the American people (separate and apart from his ploy to the people of New York from showing idle care and concern over an event which he denies them answers). It would be noteworthy to highlight that the Spanish people at least show a willingness to denounce a government that plays them for the fools the American people have been played to be since TWA Flight 800.

Keep in mind that the PP was projected to lose parliamentary control prior to March 11th. Thus, it is ludicrous for anyone to assume that Al-Qaeda pursued terrorism in Spain to help depose the PP where the deed from where we sit could have only boosted the PP into majority parliamentary control (and not otherwise have improved POSE's interpreted position of undermining PP control).

Spain has 1,300 troops in Iraq after supporting a war opposed by most of the population. The PSOE has said it will bring troops home if it wins. -- The PSOE wants to return to a more Europe-focused foreign policy after Aznar clashed with Germany and France to support the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq. Rajoy has said he wants good relations with both Europe and the United States. POLLS The most recent poll, published on March 8, showed the Socialists narrowing the PP's lead to 4.5 percentage points from 6.2 points in an earlier survey. The PP were seen taking between 168 and 173 seats, short of the 176 seats needed for an absolute majority and below the 183 it won in 2000.

Analysts link that abrupt move higher to efforts by the Bank of Japan, which in January and February bought half of the annual record set in 2003 of 20 trillion yen ($180 billion).

The greenback spiked lower on Monday, however, immediately after a Japanese news wire said the BOJ was considering abandoning its heavy interventions at the end of March.

SenderBerl: The only way the BOJ would abandon them is if the Fed advised them accordingly.

"Many people still expect this move up in dollar/yen to run out of steam as we enter the new fiscal year in early April," said Marc Chandler, chief currency strategist at HSBC in New York.

Analysts think Japan hopes to keep the dollar above 110 yen at least until Japanese companies report their fiscal year-end results. A sharply stronger yen could skew Japanese earnings to the downside for some international corporations based in Japan. That, in turn, could weaken the Japanese stock market.

SenderBerl: Stock Markets don't fall for these machinations and thus we note that the Senderberl Nikkei model is currently short.

The same analysts generally think the dollar would fall sharply below 110 if the BOJ removed its dollar-supportive bids.

The Euro Yen relationship is out of kilter and is very important since the US needs and wants to sell to the EU and with a weak Yen US business are at a disadvantage, the Japanese truthfully are better capitalists and businessmen.

No one could have made it clearer than Richard Perle. Thereafter the media brings forth Paul O'Neill a good American to take the spotlight on the very issue spilt by Richard Perle. Now, we highlighted that on January 28, 2004, Alan Greenspan went out and told the world in a moment of political lapse that he deplores those that attack outsourcing. Now this poor new White House aide, Harvard credentials and all, is set up, to take the entire media spotlight for the point made by Greenspan. We add some appropriate excerpts. She sent her oldest son to college sacrificing herself to afford him a college education. He graduated and is a gifted computer programmer. Combat veterans wounded in Iraq were left waiting weeks and even months for proper medical attention at military bases. According to an officer, their living conditions were so unacceptable for injured soldiers he said they "were being treated like dogs." Then the Pentagon underreported the number wounded.***With the specter of the Vietnam quagmire hanging over them, Bush and Rumsfeld can only talk about a "successful" war by emphasizing the relatively low number of Americans killed in Iraq, and hiding the extraordinarily high number of wounded. But for those who had sacrificed their lives and limbs to preemptively protect the U.S. against Saddam Hussein’s nonexistent weapons of mass destruction, Bush’s war has been a complete failure.
