When SenderBerl wrote over the past few days that the Bush administration seemed ready to implode and we posted our major analyses on both April 16 and April 18, 2004, we never expected to see what seems to us is an affirmative move to expose Bush cabal complicity in 9-11 and Iraq.

This is incredibly positive -- a major portal has opened to rid the enemies within. Nothing could say it better than today, April 19, 2004, with the release of Woodward's new book Plan of Attack which has Colin Powell moving forward from the inside to tell the American people that there is a shadow government.

He warned Condy Rice not to play the dupe he played in unwittingly pushing forward the shadow government agenda to seize control of OPEC. Rice chose to throw her chips in with the oil cabal that has given her all the material things and power she strived for in her life. Powell on the other hand is fed up with seeing the evil in his midst and no doubt has subscribed to our proposition that the shadow government is out to undermine the USA due to the reality that Blacks and Hispanics will be the majority in the future USA and the elitist centrix, extracting the wealth of the USA, fully intends not to leave the USA as a major military or economic power.

Bob Woodward in his new book, Plan of Attack, writes:

"Powell felt Cheney and his allies – his chief aide, I. Lewis 'Scooter' Libby, Deputy Defense Secretary Paul D. Wolfowitz and Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Douglas J. Feith and what Powell called Feith's 'Gestapo' office – had established what amounted to a separate government."

In effect, the neocons pulled off a coup d'etat, a palace revolution in which veteran government officials like Richard Clarke, and the CIA and Pentagon "old guard," were pushed aside. NORAD had drills of jets as weapons By Steven Komarow and Tom Squitieri, USA TODAY WASHINGTON — In the two years before the Sept. 11 attacks, the North American Aerospace Defense Command conducted exercises simulating what the White House says was unimaginable at the time: hijacked airliners used as weapons to crash into targets and cause mass casualties. ***

"Numerous types of civilian and military aircraft were used as mock hijacked aircraft," the statement said. "These exercises tested track detection and identification; scramble and interception; hijack procedures; internal and external agency coordination and operational security and communications security procedures."

A White House spokesman said Sunday that the Bush administration was not aware of the NORAD exercises. But the exercises using real aircraft show that at least one part of the government thought the possibility of such attacks, though unlikely, merited scrutiny.

NORAD officials have acknowledged that "scriptwriters" for the drills included the idea of hijacked aircraft being used as weapons.

SenderBerl: This story issued to highlight that NORAD was originally envisioned to confront foreign aircraft entering US airspace not domestic aircraft. However, over time, NORAD realized, as anyone awake in intelligence, based on airplane hijackings, as a long noted medium in terrorism, that they might have to intercept flights arising domestically since they may be laced or carrying nuclear devices.

The bottom line is that the CIA was warned by foreign intelligence services of imminent major terrorism involving airplanes and involving lower Manhattan. It is not a jump in logic or a stretch in imagination to connect the dots to the intelligence already known: using planes as weapons as acknowledged by NORAD not only in theory but possible and probable to a degree where NORAD implemented actual exercises simulating this very dynamic.

Thus, the remaining issue is the one covered: whether as Condy Rice said the FAA, FBI and thereby NORAD and our own military were tasked and ready to intercept hijacked airplanes especially under this putative scenario which in all respect many others awake would not only have imagined but should by design and in accord with their responsibilities have been fully prepared.

The evidence known to us is that military jets were stymied from taking to the air to intercept the planes.

The evidence is further as we have detailed that the President should have known terrorism was in play with the first plane off transponder not to say four and should not have entered the Booker elementary school classroom and readied himself for executive command decisions regarding the need to shoot down planes if necessary in an intercept to protect major metropolitan areas. Hijackers were going to run the planes into major symbolic target buildings; shooting down the plane would not have closed any gateway to save the passengers who under any permutation could not be saved. Thus, again, the evidence is that the events of 9-11 were allowed to happen, and of course the evidence we have noted to you is one of Bush cabal complicity which incredibly is highlighted 24 hours later by the release of Woodward's book seeing Colin Powell as the brave soldier he is carrying the courage to advise the American people and the US military that we have a shadow government in operation and thus under our evidence and argument one behind the tragedy of 9-11 as the condition predicate to seize Middle East oil.

PS. The most obvious evidence of the intentional delay, that military jets were instructed not to intercept, is the fact that one of the other planes hijacked and in issue could plow into the Pentagon so much later in the morning. Again, if any one of these planes were carrying a nuclear device there would be no need for us to argue the point. The intentional malfeasance would have long ago been recognized by those surviving such a holocaust.

"I think that we do have to take very seriously the thought that the terrorists might have learned, we hope, the wrong lesson from Spain," Rice told "Fox News Sunday." "I think we also have to take seriously that they might try during the cycle leading up to the election to do something," she said. "We are actively looking at that possibility, actively trying to see - to make certain that we are responding appropriately," she said.

SenderBerl: She's encouraging terrorism not negating it. She like Cheney is moving toward public postures to serve a self fulfilling prophecy. SenderBerl has articulated fully and repeatedly that Bush is nothing without terrorism. It is important to understand that the reason the terrorism did not serve Anzar in Spain is because his PP party made the strategic error of blaming the Basques rather than al-Qaeda. Because the Anzar's PP party was seen as being political during the time of grief of the nation, the country took it out on Anzar's political party and the socialist PSOE party and candidate coasted in.

What Condy Rice and the media fail to emphasize to you is that the PP was destined to lose because of the country's dissastifaction with Anzar defying the will of the nation in supporting Bush in the war in Iraq. Thus, we questioned the terrorism because as far as we were concerned the terrorism could only have helped not hurt the PP but by heavenly intervention the terrorism (again evidencing surprising sophistication) hurt the PP because of the PP's strategic error in blaming the Basques.

The NWO was served regardless of the disappointment of the terrorism not helping the PP because it attributed the loss of a political party serving the NWO to terrorism rather than sending the wrong message to other leaders that the NWO failed to assure victory for those serving it. This is a critically important dynamic to understand.

Now, what is also critical to understand CONTRARY TO CONDY RICE'S ASSERTIONS is that the terrorists well know that US terrorism will not help Kerry and hurt Bush but in fact help Bush and hurt Kerry. Couple terrorism with Nadar and Arnold in California and then you have the dynamics for Bush to push himself through for another term.

We believe that any terrorism that unravels will be in connection with the rails or be of a completely different genre to support the Bush argument that the country cannot prepare to defend against random terrorism (and thus soften their malfeasance regarding 9-11 and the forthcoming 9-11 report).

There are rumblings in the air and there seems to be good reasons to support it. Plus do not forget that in addition to the spectre of terrorism, Bush and his cabal fully intend to find WMD before November 2004 (see below).

With all due respect, if you are in Congress and find yourself tolerant of the White House, you should not any longer protect the President and the sitting executive administration.

The trail of missteps by this administration is a historical travail to the nation and even to those aligned and supporting the President in this extreme agenda that some argue is beneficial to the future interests of this country.

When he knew what would unravel ultimately at the 9-11 hearings, how could he be so arrogant to tell the American people in response to a question from a child that "That's one terrible pilot."

Could he have missed the damage that would fly back at him and this government because of it?

When he went to Florida and then went into the classroom after knowing that one plane already struck the tower, didn't he realize that ultimately the nation would know that one plane into the tower for him carried the meaning of two planes into the tower for the American people?

Didn't he realize that by staying at the school and giving a national address at a publicly known location that he could not later on refute that he and the Secret Service must have known the parameters of the terrorism in play?

Didn't he know that when he told the media that he was intent on staying in Crawford for an entire month that ultimately the nation would find out that he made this decision keeping secret the high level of alert for domestic terrorism?

Finally, didn't he know that after Condy Rice made the statement about being ignorant about planes being used as missiles that one day someone like us would pierce what he thought was an impenetrable veil and conclude that she was not and is not the true National Security Advisor?

For these reasons even those who contrary to our understanding may be tolerant or protective of the President, should no longer be shielding him from the consequences that now are unavoidable.



Suggested Findings for the 9-11 Commission

Circumstantial and direct evidence prove beyond a reasonable doubt the following:

a.       The Bush administration showed wanton neglect in protecting the nation on 9-11 from anticipated and forewarned domestic terrorism;

b.      As to allow the conclusion that it allowed the historically recorded terrorism of that day to take place;

c.       That the Bush administration or a shadow government in control thereof was complicit in the events of that day to elevate the terrorism otherwise planned by Al-Qaeda cells in the United States, taking flight lessons to aid in a planned hijacking of US aircraft;

d.      That the Bush administration could have prepared and should have prepared a structured plan to respond to the imminent threat of airplane hijackings but did not only do so but the record shows that the sitting administration did not in fact convey requisite and needed information and command for the FBI, FAA and other agencies to properly move forward to preclude the attack or prevent the damage done on 9-11 to major metropolitan areas;

e.       That the Congress is compelled to pursue the issue that the long in place NORAD system to protect the country including major metropolitan areas from nuclear attack, failed on 9-11 to intervene even after four planes went off transponder and more than one plane was known hijacked by 8:25 AM that day;

f.        That the President and his administration’s argument that it simply underestimated the threat and danger in play and that there were systemic problems in the country’s infrastructure to meet and address the attack of 9-11, which it could not correct in its first 233 days in office, is deemed fully irrelevant to the conclusions and determinations otherwise rendered above under the known facts and circumstances deemed central and relevant to the events of 9-11.

WHEREFORE, this Commission’s findings should be forwarded to the United States Congress for immediate action deemed fitting, appropriate and required in view of the serious and dire implications thereof to the nation.

NEW YORK--In the wake of the latest revelations from weapons inspector David Kay, many of the largest U.S. newspapers are belatedly pressing the Bush administration for an explanation of how it could have gotten the question of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq so wrong in the march to war last year. Bush May Support Iraq Intelligence Panel White House Might Make Announcement on Probe This Week

WASHINGTON (Jan. 31) - The White House is considering endorsing the creation of an independent commission that would investigate whether the United States used faulty intelligence information when it decided to go to war in Iraq, government sources said Saturday.

SenderBerl: This is an interpretation we will be glad to be wrong about, but we know this administration's modus operandi and we are certain that WMD will be found, they are probably already in place, waiting the Karl Rove green light to announce it. Again, Kay turning on the administration, and now President Bush calling for a commission investigation, only confirms our interpretation above, which of course was something we saw as unraveling as true in March 2003, knowing that all the President's woes are resolved by its discovery. Now with Blair also publicly differing with Kay this past week, Blair has obvisouly now thrown in the towel as to opposing the Bush course, as he stands ready himself to blossom in the glory of its announced discovery.

However, don't forget that the real signficance and need for its discovery is to give President Bush the hook to move forward against Syria and Iran, which he will defer until after the November elections IF WMD are discovered.

The very sad part is that so many Americans will stand as victims to this tactic of planted WMD and the profilers again have concluded, and we see it, that the American public will come down harshly on those that will suggest WMD were planted and thereby implicitly ratify the President's intent to effectuate regime change in what remains in the oil region outside his direct grasp and influence.

WASHINGTON (Feb. 6) - President Bush's public support dropped sharply over the past month, especially among older voters, political independents and people in the Midwest, an Associated Press poll found.

And for the first time, more voters in this poll's two years of tracking the question said they would definitely vote against Bush than said they would definitely vote for him.

Bush's approval rating stood at 47 percent in the AP-Ipsos poll taken in early February, down from 56 percent approval just a month ago. Half, or 50 percent, said they disapproved in the latest poll.

The poll findings marked a difficult month for Bush, as public attention focused on the Democratic presidential primary and the Democrats' daily bashing of the incumbent. The survey came at a time when the public is nervous about the economy and the chief adviser to the administration on Iraqi weapons, David Kay, said last month "we were almost all wrong" about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction.

The one scenario the Pentagon could not factor correctly was the one seen, an impotent Iraq, sitting defenseless, not deploying WMD and in the worse case scenario having none to be found.

The plans of the neo-conservatives aligned with the oil cartel fell to the wayside, only able to secure Iraqi oil after seeing their attempt for regime change in Venezuela, fail.[ Thus, the U.S. in its initial panic to justify the platform it laid to the world for unilateral U.S. action, shifted from focusing on the use of WMD, to its discovery, to, in the last resort, allowing the President of the United States to take a position with legerdemain before the world that the one thing he is certain about is that Saddam had WMD programs, not stating that the truth of this assertion was that it was connected to a far earlier time. Moreover, in this very regard, in the midst of war, on or about March 27, 2003, President Bush summoned British Prime Minister Tony Blair to Washington. It was clear that President Bush and his cabal of advisors were surprised, if not shocked, when Iraq did not deploy WMD at the most opportune moment of the campaign, and one cannot stand blind that the Bush-Blair love fest cooled considerably since the time of this very trip. Moreover, it is also noteworthy to highlight that Prime Minister Blair subsequent thereto was subject to unrelenting attacks at home, all which could have been allayed, had at least WMD been discovered in Iraq.

How far was the Bush administration ready to go to implement its preferences for the Middle East as brazenly outlined by President Bush in his Rose Garden remarks on June 24, 2002? In view of the open affiliation between the President’s family and the oil industry, it appears quite far. The Congress, media and manifestly the public accepted proffered administration arguments, but albeit acquiescence the administration did undermine the fabric of the nation,[1] raising the serious specter of whose interests were now paramount to this Presidential administration: the interests of the United States as a sovereign country or the best interests of the New World Order, one world government?[2]

A NSA who is trembling about 9-11, admitting to standing without knowledge about terrorists planning to deploy airplanes against buildings. She didn't lie to the media under the intense first spotlights of 9-11. It would have been prima facie evidence that someone so stupid could hold such an important post. Thus, if she didn't lie, and otherwise didn't know, why is she in every central photo next to the President of the United States, including the one where the President was kept waiting for Jiang Zemin's arrival at his Crawford ranch? She looks as though she has a central role, and is ever present as though she has a central role, but how can someone in such a central role not know what she should have known as NSA and now stands afraid to testify before the 9-11 commission, which exists to whitewash 9-11 (unless she's not privy to that either)? She has an important role. But what is it?

Someone really detests this nation and we are quite frankly upset that the American people tolerate the way this country is being demeaned and defaced instead of built to its great potential because of people who have concluded that it must be abandoned and left as a weak, maimed country with a globally perceived depraved people incubated and nourished by television programming standards that increasingly become the central focus of daily life for the vast majority of American people. This country's heritage is too precious to squander as this generation seems all to willing to do. What purpose is education if the American people act lame, blind and stupid? Baring the completion of original mission, he has failed in this critical facet of the NWO agenda, and he becomes now a liability rather than an asset. Thus, we carry high confidence that he will not win in November 2004 not only because he as a President assuming office under questionable circumstances did more to change the culture of this nation than any other president before him, for which reason alone he should be denied a second term, but mainly because he will be not allowed to win. That is the reason why it was critical that Howard Dean be undermined from obtaining his party's nomination: for the Democratic nominee had to be someone in line and not independent of the agenda for one world government. Thus, John Kerry represents the same dynamic as Ariel Sharon presented to the Israeli people when they ousted Barak. No matter who you vote in you get the same commitment of the commander in chief to the same agenda (albeit opposed by the majority of Americans) which unfortunately undermines this nation for the reasons we have expounded upon for over a decade and publicly so for seven years.

In tomorrow's NEW YORK OBSERVER, author Gail Sheehy talks with former Nebraska Senator and 9/11 Commission president Bob Kerrey, sources tell the DRUDGE REPORT.

Sen. Kerrey tells Ms. Sheehy that the commission is scheduled to meet privately with Condoleezza Rice on Saturday, Feb. 7. Her testimony will not be sworn or made public; but the commission has not yet decided whether to use its subpoena power to compel public, sworn testimony from either Dr. Rice or the President. Kerrey declares himself in favor of requesting sworn, public testimony from Dr. Rice.

Kerrey tells Sheehy that Senate Republicans, in light of the increasingly high profile of the 9/11 commission, are no longer insisting the commission complete its work by its original May deadline. With the heat increasing, the administration realizes that the commission must not be allowed to release its report before the election. Suddenly the May deadline, originally meant to curtail the scope of their investigation, isn't looking so beneficial to them.

They want to give the commission six months--just enough time to get them past this year's presidential election. Families support the measure as the only hope the commission has of doing a thorough investigation.

In a Feb. 3 interview the newly minted commission member Bob Kerrey, the former Senator from Nebraska, now the president of the New School University, said that Ms. Rice’s interview will not be held under oath, and the results of the interview are not to be made public.***

"I’m very much interested in following up on the statement Condoleezza Rice made at her famous press conference in ’02, that ‘I don’t think anybody could have predicted … that they would try to use an airplane as a missile,’" Mr. Kerrey said. "I don’t believe that." ***

When George Bush replaced Henry Kissinger, his first choice as chairman of the 9/11 commission, with New Jersey’s former Republican governor, the White House may have thought that the mild-mannered, aristocratic Mr. Kean would be a pushover. He is not. The White House may be relying on its five Republican appointees to the commission to ease over the rough patches for the President. But having been dissed, crawfished, starved for funds and now denied access even to the notes made by four commission members chosen to see a key Presidential briefing—the one at which Mr. Bush learned, five weeks before 9/11, that Osama bin Laden and his terrorists were an imminent threat—at least some of the commissioners feel insulted. They must all know that someday they will be questioned, perhaps by their grandchildren, about conspiracy theories certain to spring forth from the murk of facts selectively plucked by agencies and officials under the umbrella of a nervous Bush White House.***

"When the commissioners insist they’re doing a thorough, independent investigation, but their staff turns away valuable whistle-blowers like Sibel Edmonds [profiled in a Jan. 26 Observer story], claiming time problems, we worry about the picture the commissioners are getting," said Ms. Kleinberg.

Nevertheless, as the commission gets angrier, it’s becoming a serious thorn in the side of the administration—especially in an election year hypercharged with security and intelligence concerns.
