Did the bombings today in Spain serve Al Qaeda or President Bush?

Steady Leadership In Times of Change
9-11 was one horrific day three years ago. The President wouldn't use an event that triggered his failing to cooperate with the 9-11 Commission at this point of time in an ad campaign UNLESS...

President Bush also wept for the families of those that died on 9-11.
However, that didn't allow him to answer their demands for a full investigation.

SenderBerl explained that this country couldn't support this President taking us to war without full disclosure regarding 9-11. We warned you that there were going to be dire consequences in allowing this President to pursue the NSS without first settling all open issues regarding 9-11. Now, take a look at the material below and then you will understand why we made the connection we have made today. Cynical but totally supported by the facts before us.

Steady Leadership In Times of Change

Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. notes its concern with the Bush Re-Election Logo as contained in its television advertisements. Absent today’s bombings in Spain and absent any forthcoming acts of terrorism, wouldn’t such a logo seem less lucid and clear? In fact, the campaign until today was subject to lots of criticism even from Republicans. From where we sit, it’s as though the Bush people prepared this ad campaign to run in an expected environment of domestic/global turmoil. This is cynical but this administration’s campaign to hide its knowledge and role in 9-11 supports not contravenes the cynicism reflected.

Bush Campaign Ads Focus on Leadership
March 5, 2004

SPARTANBURG, SC (Talon News) -- The first in a series of positive television campaign ads for the 2004 Bush reelection campaign released on Thursday were criticized by the Kerry campaign for attacking him and using the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 for political purposes. The $5 million advertising blitz in 17 key states focuses on President George W. Bush's ability to lead during difficult times, including his fight against terrorism, leading the country through a recession, and his plan to create jobs. The slogan "Steady Leadership in Times of Change" rings throughout all three of the campaign ads currently running.

From ABC News: Democratic National Committee chairman Terry McAuliffe was quick to respond. "These ads are expected to reference Bush's 'steady leadership' as President but they would be remiss to leave out some 'steady' facts when it comes to his leadership: a steady loss of jobs, a steady increase in uninsured Americans, a steady decline in education funding, a steady erosion of veterans' benefits, a steady attack against the Social Security Fund, and a steady rise of the deficit," he said.

SenderBerl: In short, this ad campaign would prove ineffective, UNTIL TODAY. What we worry about is UNTIL TOMORROW. If terrorism does in fact pick up domestically or globally, forgive us, we are going to be VERY CYNICAL BECAUSE WE DO NOT TRUST THIS ADMINISTRATION. Absent its willingness to support a full impartial investigation of 9-11, we have made it clear that the sooner this administration steps down from office, the better for America and the world. It aims however to prove its point, we fear, by showing how the planet will look without it. Our point is that the planet looked far better before it took hold of the reigns of power.

Conclusion

SenderBerl asked in March 2003 whether the use of weapons of mass destruction would serve Bush far better than Saddam Hussein. We detailed this analysis in Bush's Mission: Expecting the Second Platform of Moral Outrage. Now, we ask, the very same question. Did the bombings today in Spain serve Al Qaeda or President Bush? When you just take the time to look at his TV advertisement and now see what image and thought connects to Steady Leadership During Times of Change, you will grasp and confirm our point.

9-11 was one horrific day three years ago. The President wouldn't use an event that triggered his failing to cooperate with the 9-11 Commission at this point of time UNLESS...

The proof is in the timing. Unless you think Al-Qaeda is out there to help President Bush win re-election, you cannot escape the timing of today's bombings in Spain (factoring in forthcoming elections -- and what did the bombing accomplish in that regard to assist Al-Qaeda)? Again, until President Bush cooperates on 9-11, our position is justified and further it should be deemed more aligned with truth than fantasy. Our aim in bringing forth this point is the very same one we had in mind when we suggested that U.S. troops might be the postured platform for WMD attack. Now, we hope to stave off further acts of terrorism because quite frankly as we proffered in a radio interview long ago, the time for the terrorists to have struck again was long ago. Doing so now only helps President Bush and no doubt he will deploy any further act of terrorism as giving him further justification to ignite the war talk against Syria and Iran. We believe he is intent to engage both these countries, knowing for the reasons we have explained that he needs to complete his mission for his own backers to support his re-election.

Police found a van with detonators and an Arabic-language tape with Quranic verses in the town of Alcala de Henares, 15 miles east of Madrid, Interior Minister Angel Acebes said Thursday night.*** More than eight in 10 Spaniards said in an Associated Press-Ipsos poll taken last month that they are worried about the threat of terrorism in their country. That was the highest level of concern about terrorism in five European countries polled - Britain, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Detention of Guantanamo Bay prisoners
What did the U.S. learn that connects to today's events?
Never forget that the Bush oil cabal sent Bush 43 to control Iraq, Iran and Syria. Now they face of specter of even ultimately losing Iraqi oil! Thus, those complicit in 9-11 surely have no qualms regarding what is unfolding.

Watch out for Japan (Again)!
MAR 7 2004

It’s nearly twenty years to the day, and here we are in 2004 facing the same scenario we presented to the government originally in early 1983: Japan is out to benefit itself at the expense of the U.S. and now the EU.

Here’s the story. In Recapturing America we explain what in fact was the actual case in 1982-1986. America straddled with high interest rates sought to lower them without further sabotaging the U.S. dollar. Who came to rescue to the glee of Bush 41 who was then Vice-President: Japan? However, we warned the Reagan administration that there was a dark side to Japan’s aid, and it took Reagan/Bush 3-4 years to acknowledge it. Japan lowered its dollar to not only help the US but primarily to extract vital U.S market share. With a cheap yen, Japan was able to penetrate the full spectrum of U.S. markets, undercut and eviscerate U.S manufacturers, to lay the foundation allowing it to unjustly become the economic juggernaut it subsequently became. When the Reagan/Bush administration then sought in 1986 to raise the Yen and lower the dollar, Japan was ready. They used the soaring yen to convert them back into U.S. dollars to buy America. It then took another decade to straighten it out. This is outlined in Bush’s Mission: Expecting the Second Platform of Moral Outrage. www.senderberl.com/BMI.PDF (pages 3-4).

Now, on Friday we saw ALL the foreign currencies rise against the poor U.S. job data, but who was out there selling the Yen, $20 billion of it, after selling trillions this past year to “support the dollar?” Yes, the Bank of Japan. SenderBerl has analyzed that the Japanese are targeting primarily the EU market and with a strong euro and weak yen they aim to do the same to the EU as they did to America. However, the spill over of the Japanese game plan will take out whatever central industry in the U.S. was not undermined in the 80s.

GM's CEO Criticizes Japan's Yen-Selling Interventions
Kyodo News International, Tokyo Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News

Rick Wagoner, chief executive officer of General Motors Corp., criticized Japan's recent efforts to lower the value of the yen, saying it gives Japanese carmakers an unfair pricing advantage on each car they sell in the United States.Wagoner said in an interview published Thursday in the Wall Street Journal that the Ministry of Finance's purchases of billions of dollars in international currency markets lower the cost of Japanese-made engines and other components that companies like Toyota Motor Corp. use in cars assembled at their U.S. plants. "If the currency is 10 percent stronger than it should be, and you're talking about a $25,000 vehicle, it's hundreds to thousands of dollars," Wagoner said in the interview. Wagoner made the remarks after Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan Greenspan called Japan's currency interventions "awesome." In a speech Tuesday at the Economic Club of New York, Greenspan issued a warning against Japan's continued massive currency market intervention aimed at stemming the yen's appreciation against the dollar. "The current performance of the Japanese economy suggests that we are getting closer to the point where continued intervention at the present scale will no longer meet the monetary policy needs of Japan," Greenspan said.In January and February, Japan's Ministry of Finance spent $100 billion in currency markets, mostly to buy dollars.Wagoner said these purchases and others in 2003 "artificially lower" the value of the yen against the dollar, and tilt the playing field in the U.S. in favor of Japanese carmakers.

So if the Bush administration was out there to keep the dollar low to bolster American business then are they going to take the same tactic and abuse heaped upon them by Japan in the 1980s?

We trust not.

So unless the Japanese Yen starts to climb, you can expect to see GM and other domestic US manufacturers in international markets start to crumble in market price.

Another key dynamic exclusive to you from SenderBerl.

When the Japanese are selling Yen in the billions and trillions for dollars who is buying the Yen?

Our perspective is that Japanese are playing a shell game here. We believe Japanese conglomerates are buying the Yen with both fists and using dollars extracted from US business operations (including low cost loans from US banks). Thus they are moving floundering dollars into ultimately strong Yen, which if 1982-1986 is being replayed, will become strong again when expanded EU market share is achieved and the sideshow will be a US dollar looking for a grave marker.

Perhaps Bush wants to blame the Japanese for the collapse of the U.S. dollar and U.S. economy. If Bush 43 allows this to happen then the last of US businesses not compromised by Japan in the 80s will now be compromised 20 years later.

Thus, if the euro rises, the Yen had better rise too. The best investment the Fed can make and we believe we all can make is to buy the Yen to help our country. The Yen should at minimum from our assessment be at par with the U.S. dollar at this point of time and thus we have taken our position for patriotic reasons and to potentially profit at the same time.

When we read that the Japanese government is selling Yen we get angry when the reports don't better indicate who is buying when Japan is selling. The speculators are riding off Japan's economic strategy, so they are not buying but selling yen and thus helping the Japanese ploy. Thus you can’t accept that the pros are buying Yen when the Yen is falling based on Bank of Japan intervention. We believe the buyers are Japanese international conglomerates. They laughed at us once. We don’t want to see it again. We have enough problems already.

SenderBerl is continually adding below more evidence that Bush will announce the discovery of WMD.

A 1000 word capsule of where we are….
By Joseph B. Ehrlich

Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. publicly proclaimed on September 13, 2001 that the events of 9-11 represented escalated terrorism that could have only been elevated by two countries: China and the United States. Thus, the first conclusion was China. On October 11, 2001, two days after the launch against Afghanistan, Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. addressed House and Senate Intelligence Committee members indicating that our analysis, from the President’s behavior and the apparent plans in hand by the administration, was that President Bush sought to create political turmoil in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. We posited the question whether such strategic design would serve the longer-term interests of the United States, indicating that this would not be the case unless President Bush intended to invade and occupy the Middle East, to wit: Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. This, was a chillingly accurate assessment.

In February 2002, Saudi Arabia and other affiliated Arab/Islamic nations, to offset this war stratagem launched by President Bush, Saudi Arabia concluding for itself by then that the Bush administration was brazenly complicit in 9-11 as the necessary and needed pretext for its war stratagem, for the first time in history, offered and supported a Middle East peace initiative.

While this was welcomed publicly by the Bush administration, Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. pointed out that the process evolving therefrom was one that the United States knew would fail and thus intended it to fail. The only reason therefor was to predicate the war stratagem to invade Iraq, Syria and Iran. In terms of the Middle East, this strategm would manifestly serve the secular interests of Israel. However, on other plateaus and dimensions, it would serve President Bush’s dual plane agendas of securing control of Middle Eastern oil for those aligned with Bush family oil and political interests and was a further and necessary predicate to implement globalization and one world government.

The only impediment to the success of this plan was the one missed: that Saddam Hussein would not only fail to launch WMD, creating the second platform of moral outrage for masked military aggression into Syria and Iran, but that the backstop would fail: WMD would not be found. This put not only President Bush but also Tony Blair into a major political quagmire.

Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. on March 27, 2003, in the midst of the invasion against Iraq, concluded that President Bush wanted to find WMD regardless of whether Saddam possessed them or not, to not only abate his and Blair's personal political situation but to implement the platform for the completion of the true full scope of his mission.

Tony Blair balked at supporting this course and became troubled himself at discovering no doubt the rabid intent of the Bush administration in terms of 9-11 and the manner it went out to compromise long term sovereign interests of the United States. After Blair was subject to unrelenting domestic attacks and faced a defined future as a failed Prime Minister (no doubt with full covert support of Bush to push Blair into supporting his plan), Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. interpreted that Bush received Blair’s agreement to his original scheme to find WMD.

Now, Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. highlights that Kay and others who were strongly supportive of the President, were now critical; the media who would not address the point, now seems to pursue it with relish; the President who reigns more in line with a historically deposed aristocrat and autocrat than a President respectful of the precepts of this Republic and the precedent before him, suddenly warmed to the idea of an investigation concerning the lies and misrepresentations the predicate for war.

Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. consequently detected with a high level of confidence that President Bush is ready when Karl Rove gives him the green light to announce the discovery of WMD, no doubt under the umbrella of obtaining their location from a talking Saddam.

On another dimension, the consequence of President Bush’s failed war stratagem, the Bush team serving primarily the agenda for global government over U.S. domestic interests, highlighted by its abrasive posture toward exporting American jobs, faced a historically dimished U.S. dollar. President Bush again showed that U.S. sovereign interests were not paramount to this administration, allowing the dollar to fall to keep oil prices stable for Europe and Asia economic prosperity. In the meantime, the U.S. market soared in a near exact inverse relationship with the drop in the US dollar. Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. offered an audiovisual presentation of the issue.

The bottom line was that if President Bush could not get OPEC to materially drop the price of oil, the Bush administration would have to make a choice in Febraury 2004: serve its political interests and that of Europe and Asia, by allowing the dollar to plunge to even lower levels, allowing the stock market to soar into the November elections, further keeping oil prices stable for Europe and Asia, or protect the U.S. dollar and keep in check deeper longer term dark consequences for the U.S.

Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. in early 1997, prior to any claimed pronouncement by PNAC, interpreted in Recapturing America that the agenda in play was one that included a need to undermine the U.S. dollar. Due to the failed Bush stratagem, and the need for President Bush to effectuate control via regime change in Syria and Iran, President Bush will move on two fronts against Syria and Iran: finding WMD with no doubt a created link to Syria and/or Iran and now, based on the President new global pronouncement, his intent under the NSS to neutralize any country failing to relinquish its nexus to nuclear development whether military or commercial.

Sender, Berl & Sons Inc. points to what it wrote on June 8, 1998, post Recapturing America, as conclusive to our understanding that the Bush war stratagem is not only destined to fail (putting the Middle East if not the world into a state of global war) but that the victims include the American people and sovereign interests of this country. Failure to understand and respond to this reality will allow history to conclude that the American people squandered the opportunity to save their country, its Constitution, its Judeo-Christian precepts, and the heritage that stood against slavery, oppression and injustice carried by European elitists, denounced and defeated by the American and French Revolutions, who have come back to snatch the wealth lost to what they see were a bunch of terrorists in 1776.

Now with Tony Blair jumping in, calling for a similar investigation, one that can only operate against his interests, the question arises as to the beneficial impact for Messrs. OPEC to Cut Crude Output by 1 Million Barrels a Day
Published: February 10, 2004

ALGIERS, Feb 10 — OPEC sought to strengthen its grip on world oil markets today with a surprise announcement that it was cutting its production, in an aggressive display of its desire to maintain oil prices at their highest level in two decades.

SenderBerl has always warned that the NSS pre-emptive doctrine would return to haunt this administration and that the oil agenda pursued was destined to fail. Now, for our passivity in allowing this President to ruin this country's name and honor throughout the globe, we will pay by design a very high price as the agenda against the best interest of this country will continue operative, allowing the blame to fall on events rather than to the prepared agenda that has already undermined the American economy and American worker.

New York Times story extract continues...

Officials from large oil-importing nations such as the United States and Japan reacted to OPEC's move with apprehension. "It is our hope that producers do not take actions that undermine the American economy and American workers, and American consumers for that matter," Trent Duffy, the White House spokesman, said shortly after OPEC announced the cuts in its production quotas.

WE THEREFORE HAVE ONE QUESTION FOR TRENT DUFFY
WILL THE ADMINISTRATION ALLOW THE U.S. DOLLAR TO FURTHER SINK?

Gephardt, Labor Unions to Endorse Kerry

By LIZ SIDOTI
.c The Associated Press

Already flush with endorsements from establishment Democrats, presidential front-runner John Kerry is poised to secure the backing of former rival Dick Gephardt and his once-loyal labor unions, further clearing the Massachusetts senator's path toward the nomination.

SenderBerl: We accurately interpreted that the day Al Gore went out to support Dean that Dean's days were numbered; there would be a unified effort to remove him as a presidential candidate BECAUSE he was the only serious contender that was not aligned with the one world government agenda to wit: he would return focus on US sovereign interests and nationalism. Now, all we can say is that if Kerry nominates Gephardt as his running mate, as indicated by this article, as he is now surely inclined to do, then the American people are going to get the same results that Israel got when it elected Sharon to replace Barak but then found to their astonishment that Sharon was Barak and Peres in a new lining and waistline as he obviated everything said when he campaigned, as Kerry will do as well.

Thus, the dynamics and realities highlighted in Recapturing America again rear their head and as we interpreted true democracy is only an illusion as the republic we are charged with protecting gets those running for high office whose loyalties are not primarily with the American people. Gephardt sold out his party to Bush in opposing Daschle as he prostitutes himself again to win the trust of serving an agenda the antithesis to the founding precepts of this nation.

Kerry will have to completely blend in to this agenda or else we tell you today as we already told you long ago that Gephardt and his ilk stand ready to replace Kerry in the future, as Shimon Peres stood ready to replace Yitzhak Rabin. The similarities in character between Gephardt and Peres are striking and thus nothing would upset us more than Kerry selecting him.

Little does Kerry know that choosing Gephardt is something akin to Nixon receiving pressure in the early 70s to select Nelson Rockefeller to replace Spiro Agnew. We sadly remind you that all these terrible failings are the result of the Kennedy assassination cover-up as it laid the foundation to separate the citizens of this country from truth and once that was successfully implemented, the American people were permanently estranged from taking an active role in what has unraveled since that time.

Conclusion: If Kerry picks Gephardt as his running mate its very bad for Kerry after he wins in November 2004 and it will be even worse for us. See the story below on Bush's falling numbers. Remember, the only thing that can save Bush is A) announcing the discovery of WMD and B) moving against Syria and Iran.

The important language is that Greenspan
"hints" at higher rates.

This article below deserves even more careful scrutiny.

Greenspan deplores attacks on outsourcing

January 28, 2004 09:33 IST

Amid increasing calls for protection of American industries and banning outsourcing of IT services to countries like India, China and Brazil, Chairman of the US Federal Reserve Alan Greenspan has asserted that globalisation eventually benefits all and any impediments to it would exact a heavy price.

"I do not doubt that the vast majority of us would prefer to work in an environment that was less stressful and less competitive than the one with which we currently engage," Greenspan said delivering an address via satellite before the British Treasury's Enterprise Conference in London on Monday.

SenderBerl: Let us clarify this position that serves the elitist centrix in control of US domestic financial policy, since it protects their investments overseas and their monopolistic institutionalized control of major industry segments, Greenspan masking his charade by saying his policies will avoid economic cycles with their resulting consequences to American business (corporations).

You can see the fallacy behind Greenspan's words for if he meant free trade then he has to also accept free and open markets and thus if the government CAN --AS IT DOES -- INTERCEDE in interest rates and in precious metals and in a laundry list of other financial related free and open market issues, why in the world when it comes to American jobs is free and open trade and markets suddenly relevant?

Do you for a moment think that 1% interest represents the free and open market level? Do you know what type of intercession Greenspan has done to maintain the charade under which the dollar has tanked to historical how levels? Does Greenspan expound on the operative premise that the global economy is far more important than the sovereign domestic interests of the USA?

Here is what we wrote to a client on January 23, 2004 (if the market sinks here leading higher interest rates, it means that those favored are getting out before the reality of higher interest rates sets formally in; the accommodation to the general public is that the public can decide as though it was a buyer beware situation what Sir Greenspan means when he hints at higher interest rates (there's more recent references on Greenspan at the public service plus page)).

Which Way for the US Dollar?

Many Americans are starting to show concern over hearing how far the US dollar has tumbled. In all of US history the dollar has never been as weak as it is now, and a weak dollar is not good for America. And especially if it falls any further.

If the dollar falls further, no one will want it. And if that happens, the dollar will fail ultimately as the international reserve currency. And consequently, no sovereign nation, without a gun to its head, will want to buy US treasury bonds or bills?

The US only needs to raise interest rates from unjustified low levels to see the dollar rise in value. When this happens the international community will move to help the US by parking their money again in US debt instruments.

I now believe that in view of the November 2004 elections, corporate America will show its support for President Bush by now moving its money from international operations back to the US dollar. Overseas sales in strong foreign currencies mean their profits from international operations when converted to a currently weak dollar will soar. No doubt, the Bush administration will encourage them to do this conversion when the time is right. Bigger profits mean more ammunition for President Bush in November 2004.

Our computer model has moved from a series of winning interpretations for a lower dollar to a higher dollar. However, a higher dollar means trouble for economic globalization unless oil comes down with it. Thus, I see that if the dollar does rise, the Bush administration will only allow it to rise if oil prices drop. High gasoline prices, in light of the forthcoming elections, are something Karl Rove does not want. Does President Bush carry the clout to convince OPEC to cooperate? We’ll soon see.

This article above in short hints why corporate earnings may be great but the market may turn a deaf ear to them

This happened during the Nixon era and also highlighted a bout of major inflation.

How Americans are Played by the Bush Team

You know that our prime contention is that without full disclosure regarding 9-11 there can be no trust by the American people in the historical events emanating from a President that assumed office under questionable circumstances and did more to change the culture and heritage of this nation than any other president before him. Now, in view of this material breach of trust to the American people, which we contend is much more than that, we are willing to highlight something that may escape you: that WMD will be discovered and right on time for President Bush's election. However, before reading through the material we provide you below to help preclude you from being psychologically played, let's emphasize that by keeping the President at the Booker Elementary School on 9-11, when it was a publicly known visit and site, is unequivocal proof that at minimum the government had knowledge of what was to transpire that day and the Secret Service thus could stand aside from the firm protocol and precedent to protect the President of the United States, which the Secret Service was obligated to do , and did not do, when Andrew Card declared that "America is under attack."

'It turns out we were all wrong' about Iraqi weapons, Kay testifies
By Seattle Times news services

WASHINGTON — The former chief U.S. weapons inspector in Iraq issued a broad critique of U.S. intelligence gathering yesterday, saying the U.S. government was simply "wrong" to conclude before the war that Iraq was maintaining major stockpiles of weapons of mass destruction.

SenderBerl predicted that Bush would long plant WMD as the necessary dynamic to resolving his election woes and needed to move forward against Syria and Iran. SenderBerl interpreted that on March 29, 2003, Tony Blair was called to Washington D.C. to agree to cooperating in their insertion and discovery. SenderBerl interpreted Tony Blair drew a line in the sand. President Bush recently visited Tony Blair in England, a worn out Blair, telling him that all his political problems in England would disappear if he would face NWO reality. Now, with Kay taking this surprise new attitude toward the Bush administration, it is evident to us that the groundwork for their discovery is being set. The psychological dynamic is to get everyone riled up that the President was dead wrong, and then voilą at the Karl Rove moment, WMD will be discovered and the profilers have concluded that those that argue they were planted will be given short shrift by an American public that has proven themselves more than willing to be misled since TWA Flight 800.

Do you remember our position on John Warner, who comes from a similar elitist background as our sitting President? Then you shouldn't be surprised if he sits there in this picture as the orchestra director of what will surely in our opinion unravel. While the Bush administration would tell you that we are detailing the inevitable, as the President has declared from the first (but has recently stepped back from that position as part and parcel of this political theater). SenderBerl said that if they weren't deployed when US troops were amassed as sitting ducks in North Kuwait, they would not be used, and the issue is what danger did Saddam pose if he would not use them in the defense of his country? However, stuck with this reality as fully discussed by us in Bush's Mission: Expecting the Second Platform of Moral Outrage, Jim Baker has been at it no doubt moving to make lemonade from the lemons at President Bush's door.

If WMD destruction are now found, this will be a setup and another act to attest that the American public continues wishing to stand stupid and silent. This is serious business allowing these type of tactics to be foisted upon you. The American people sat silent and stupid for TWA Flight 800, and this got them 9-11, and the British sat silent and stupid regarding Diana, and now they get an NWO incursion into the BBC as a first step before they move to take out the British Pound to replace it with the euro, which of course foreshadows the future for the US dollar.

Blair sticks to Iraq WMD stance despite Kay

LONDON, Jan 23, 2004 (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Tony Blair on Friday stuck by his stance weapons of mass destruction would eventually be found in Iraq, despite the top man hunting them saying they did not exist.

"It is important people are patient and we let the Iraq Survey Group (ISG) do its work," a spokesman for Blair said. "There is still more work to be done and we await the findings of that. But our position is unchanged."

Bush and Blair are pinning their political survival and success on finding WMD

Do you doubt they will be found?

NEW YORK--In the wake of the latest revelations from weapons inspector David Kay, many of the largest U.S. newspapers are belatedly pressing the Bush administration for an explanation of how it could have gotten the question of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq so wrong in the march to war last year. A growing number are raising the possibility that Bush and his team may have "cooked" the intelligence to support their case for war.

SenderBerl: It took this long before the media raises the issue? Or, as we contend, it raises the issue to heighten the victory and impact for the elections now that President will timely find them.

Where's the Apology?

George Bush promised to bring honor and integrity back to the White House. Instead, he got rid of accountability. ***

Still, the big story isn't about Mr. Bush; it's about what's happening to America. Other presidents would have liked to bully the C.I.A., stonewall investigations and give huge contracts to their friends without oversight. They knew, however, that they couldn't. What has gone wrong with our country that allows this president to get away with such things?

Bush May Support Iraq Intelligence Panel White House Might Make Announcement on Probe This Week

WASHINGTON (Jan. 31) - The White House is considering endorsing the creation of an independent commission that would investigate whether the United States used faulty intelligence information when it decided to go to war in Iraq, government sources said Saturday.

SenderBerl: This is an interpretation we will be glad to be wrong about, but we know this administration's modus operandi and we are certain that WMD will be found, they are probably already in place, waiting the Karl Rove green light to announce it. Again, Kay turning on the administration, and now President Bush calling for a commission investigation, only confirms our interpretation above, which of course was something we saw as unraveling as true in March 2003, knowing that all the President's woes are resolved by its discovery. Now with Blair also publicly differing with Kay this past week, Blair has obvisouly now thrown in the towel as to opposing the Bush course, as he stands ready himself to blossom in the glory of its announced discovery.

However, don't forget that the real signficance and need for its discovery is to give President Bush the hook to move forward against Syria and Iran, which he will defer until after the November elections IF WMD are discovered.

The very sad part is that so many Americans will stand as victims to this tactic of planted WMD and the profilers again have concluded, and we see it, that the American public will come down harshly on those that will suggest WMD were planted and thereby implicitly ratify the President's intent to effectuate regime change in what remains in the oil region outside his direct grasp and influence.

IT DIDN'T TAKE BUT THREE DAYS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION TO CONFIRM WHAT WE SAID!

SenderBerl rather see a truly honest investigation of 9-11, since that is long overdue, but for the President to cave in here is only further evidence supportive of our interpretation. Can we be wrong? Of couse. But we doubt that the President would open this investigation in a presidential election year unless he has already planned to turn lemons into lemonade.

UK's Blair confirms inquiry into Iraq intelligence
LONDON, Feb 3 (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Tony Blair bowed to growing pressure on Tuesday and called an inquiry into apparently flawed intelligence about banned Iraqi weapons."I think it is right...that we have a look at the intelligence that we received and whether it was accurate or not," Blair told a senior parliamentary committee.

Rumsfeld: WMD May Still Be Found in Iraq

WASHINGTON (AP) - Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld said Wednesday he is not ready to conclude that Iraq did not have weapons of mass destruction before U.S. troops invaded to depose Saddam Hussein last year. 02/04/04 12:26 EST

CIA chief to correct 'misperceptions' on Iraq WMD

WASHINGTON, Feb 4 (Reuters) - CIA Director George Tenet plans to try and correct what he considers "misperceptions" about prewar intelligence on Iraq's weapons of mass destruction in his first public appearance since fresh controversy erupted over the issue, an intelligence official said on Wednesday. In a speech at Georgetown University on Thursday, Tenet will "correct some of the misperceptions and downright inaccuracies concerning what the intelligence community reported and did not report regarding Iraq," the U.S. intelligence official said on condition of anonymity."He will point out it is premature to reach conclusions," the official added.

He doesn’t bother to attend secret CIA briefings of his fellow senators because he seldom learns anything he hasn’t read in the newspapers, but Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) is convinced the U.S. will track down the elusive mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks before November.

FEBRUARY 6, 2004

WASHINGTON (Feb. 6) - President Bush's public support dropped sharply over the past month, especially among older voters, political independents and people in the Midwest, an Associated Press poll found.

And for the first time, more voters in this poll's two years of tracking the question said they would definitely vote against Bush than said they would definitely vote for him.

Bush's approval rating stood at 47 percent in the AP-Ipsos poll taken in early February, down from 56 percent approval just a month ago. Half, or 50 percent, said they disapproved in the latest poll.

The poll findings marked a difficult month for Bush, as public attention focused on the Democratic presidential primary and the Democrats' daily bashing of the incumbent. The survey came at a time when the public is nervous about the economy and the chief adviser to the administration on Iraqi weapons, David Kay, said last month "we were almost all wrong" about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction.

Bush's 47 percent approval rating is the same as his father's at this stage in his presidency 12 years ago before he lost to Bill Clinton. http://aolsvc.news.aol.com/elections/article.adp?id=20040206023509990001

PRESIDENT BUSH PAINTS TAKES THE FIRST STEP TO ANNOUNCING THE DISCOVERY OF WMD

Bush Pushes Effort to Stop Spread of WMDs
President Bush Calls for Tougher Action Against Dangerous Regimes, Terror Groups Seeking WMDs

In a proposal likely to anger nations such as North Korea and Iran, Bush was to call for preventing countries from acquiring nuclear enrichment and reprocessing technology under the guise of building civilian power facilities, the official said.*** Rep. Ellen Tauscher, D-Calif., said the president's intentions seemed long on rhetoric and short on action. She criticized him for not stepping up funding for the program to secure Russia's weapons and for withdrawing the United States from the 1972 Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty. "He has consistently underfunded and even cut the nonproliferation programs that would make the United States safer," Tauscher said.

SENDERBERL: CONNECT THE DOTS. PRESIDENT FINDS WMD. NEXT STOP TEHRAN. OF COURSE IT IS INCUMBENT TO REMEMBER THAT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RUSSIA AND IRAN IS THAT IRAN HAS OIL OUTSIDE OF NWO CONTROL AND IS THE NEXT VITAL STEP TO MOVING AGAINST OPEC. IT IS ALSO INCUMBENT TO REMEMBER THAT WHEN ASSESSING THE PRESIDENT'S ACTIONS THAT THE BUSH FAMILY IS ALIGNED WITH OIL. AT ONE TIME WE WOULD HAVE SAID "DOMESTIC OIL." NOW, IT IS GLOBAL OIL.

THANK YOU MR. PRESIDENT FOR OPENING PANDORA'S BOX. YOU DON'T PROVIDE LEADERSHIP BY SETTING A PRECEDENT TO INTERCEDE GLOBALLY WITH A BASEBALL BAT.

Excerpt from Bush's Mission (November 19, 2003)

The one scenario the Pentagon could not factor correctly was the one seen, an impotent Iraq, sitting defenseless, not deploying WMD and in the worse case scenario having none to be found.

The plans of the neo-conservatives aligned with the oil cartel fell to the wayside, only able to secure Iraqi oil after seeing their attempt for regime change in Venezuela, fail.[ Thus, the U.S. in its initial panic to justify the platform it laid to the world for unilateral U.S. action, shifted from focusing on the use of WMD, to its discovery, to, in the last resort, allowing the President of the United States to take a position with legerdemain before the world that the one thing he is certain about is that Saddam had WMD programs, not stating that the truth of this assertion was that it was connected to a far earlier time. Moreover, in this very regard, in the midst of war, on or about March 27, 2003, President Bush summoned British Prime Minister Tony Blair to Washington. It was clear that President Bush and his cabal of advisors were surprised, if not shocked, when Iraq did not deploy WMD at the most opportune moment of the campaign, and one cannot stand blind that the Bush-Blair love fest cooled considerably since the time of this very trip. Moreover, it is also noteworthy to highlight that Prime Minister Blair subsequent thereto was subject to unrelenting attacks at home, all which could have been allayed, had at least WMD been discovered in Iraq.

How far was the Bush administration ready to go to implement its preferences for the Middle East as brazenly outlined by President Bush in his Rose Garden remarks on June 24, 2002? In view of the open affiliation between the President’s family and the oil industry, it appears quite far. The Congress, media and manifestly the public accepted proffered administration arguments, but albeit acquiescence the administration did undermine the fabric of the nation,[1] raising the serious specter of whose interests were now paramount to this Presidential administration: the interests of the United States as a sovereign country or the best interests of the New World Order, one world government?[2]

[1] The willingness to a. wage war b. change regimes c. mold cultures d. create the predicate for a police state (Patriot Act with further provisions already in place) e. contradict the U.S. Constitution (preemptive attacks on states perceived to be a threat) f. offer the appearance of a conflict of interest (awarding contracts to political friends and cronies without competitive bidding) g. and engage in a broad range of propaganda to initiate and service the war (Jessica Lynch), suggests that the U.S. Congress, media and public should not have been or be tolerant of such dynamics.

[2] Drudge Report, September 26, 1999: NEXT CENTURY, AMERICA WILL NOT EXIST IN CURRENT FORM, 'ALL STATES WILL RECOGNIZE A SINGLE, GLOBAL AUTHORITY.' Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott believes the United States may not exist in its current form in the 21st Century -- because nationhood throughout the world will become obsolete!  This critical admission is amplified in discussion of the third plateau, infra. Strobe Talbott was a key figure in government involved in all facets of the dissolution of the Soviet Union and Communism.

March 27, 2003

LONDON (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Tony Blair flew to Washington Wednesday for a war council with President Bush, insisting that the United Nations must play a central role in post-war Iraq.

DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE THAT THIS IS WHY BLAIR HAS BEEN SUMMONED?
BUSH'S WAR NEEDS DISCOVERY/USE OF WMD!

BUSH ADMINISTRATION RESPONDS TO CRITICISM FROM THE MILITARY
THE CURRENT COMBINED US BRITISH FORCES ARE CURRENTLY 100,000

ARE NORTH KOREA AND CHINA WAITING FOR THE US TO COMMIT ENOUGH TROOPS
TO IRAQ BEFORE LAUNCHING THEIR OWN AGENDA IN ASIA?

ONE QUESTION THAT COMES TO MIND FROM THE ABOVE PHOTO?
WE WILL ASSUME IN THIS ONE INSTANCE THAT SADDAM HAS WMD. IF THE US WERE THE WEAKER NATION WITH THE LESSER MILITARY AND AMERICAN BURNS AS BAGHDAD BURNS ABOVE, DOES ANYONE DOUBT THAT THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION WOULD USE WMD (OR FOR WHAT OTHER REASON HAS IT DEVELOPED IT)? SINCE LOGIC COMPELS YOU TO CONCLUDE THAT BUSH WOULD USE IT, THE CONCLUSION IS EITHER THAT SADDAM DOES NOT HAVE WMD OR IF HE HAS WMD HE SHOWS MORE RESPONSIBILITY THAN PRESIDENT BUSH IN NOT DEPLOYING IT TO OPEN THE WORLD STAGE TO BIOTERRORISM. THIS BEGETS THE QUESTION,
THEN WHAT JUSTIFICATION DOES PRESIDENT BUSH TODAY HAVE IN CONTINUING TO ATTACK IRAQ?

HE HAS NONE AND NOTHING CLEARER SHOWS IT THAN THE STORY BELOW THAT HALLIBURTON ALREADY HAS BEEN AWARDED THE CONTRACT FOR RESTORATION OF THE OIL FIELDS AND THE BUSH ADMINISTATION HAS ISSUED AN ADVISORY THAT IT INTENDS TO BE SHIPPING OIL OUT OF BASRAH WITHIN WEEKS.

License to Lie

A NSA who is trembling about 9-11, admitting to standing without knowledge about terrorists planning to deploy airplanes against buildings. She didn't lie to the media under the intense first spotlights of 9-11. It would have been prima facie evidence that someone so stupid could hold such an important post. Thus, if she didn't lie, and otherwise didn't know, why is she in every central photo next to the President of the United States, including the one where the President was kept waiting for Jiang Zemin's arrival at his Crawford ranch? She looks as though she has a central role, and is ever present as though she has a central role, but how can someone in such a central role not know what she should have known as NSA and now stands afraid to testify before the 9-11 commission, which exists to whitewash 9-11 (unless she's not privy to that either)? She has an important role. But what is it?

Someone really detests this nation and we are quite frankly upset that the American people tolerate the way this country is being demeaned and defaced instead of built to its great potential because of people who have concluded that it must be abandoned and left as a weak, maimed country with a globally perceived depraved people incubated and nourished by television programming standards that increasingly become the central focus of daily life for the vast majority of American people. This country's heritage is too precious to squander as this generation seems all to willing to do. What purpose is education if the American people act lame, blind and stupid? How much longer will the American people sit and allow themselves to be so disgraced by those carring absolutely no respect for them?

INSERT 02/08/04: PRESIDENT BUSH's NOVEMBER 8, 2004 APPEARANCE ON NBC'S MEET THE PRESS: A HORRID PERFORMANCE. IN THE INTERVIEW RELAYS WHEN ASKED IF HE WOULD TESTIFY BEFORE IMPANELED COMMISSIONS THAT HE WOULD "VISIT." IN ANY EVENT, THE PERFORMANCE WAS SO POOR THAT THE MANY WATCHING INCLUDING REPUBLICANS WILL CHANGE THEIR CONFIDENCE IN THE PRESIDENT IN A MATERIAL WAY. POSTED 10:45AM FIFTEEN MINUTES INTO THE INTERVIEW. AGAIN, SENDERBERL INTERPRETS THAT A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE THAT KERRY PREVAIL IN NOVEMBER. OF COURSE, THE PROBLEM AND ISSUE WE HAVE ADDRESSED IS THAT THERE ARE THOSE MAKING DECISIONS GIVING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE LITTLE CHOICE BUT TO ACQUIESCE IN THEM.

Condoleezza Rice allowed to "testify" without the predicate of taking a sworn oath.

Why bother?

9-11 Commission to be delayed until after the elections, to forestall claims of whitewash until after the elections.

SenderBerl has explained why Bush 43 will not be allowed to win in November Read: Bush's Mission: Expecting the Second Platform of Moral Outrage ( see page 27). The only exception is if Bush implements the discovery of WMD (which is in play, click this link) as the predicate to launch against Syria and Iran. Baring the completion of original mission, he has failed in this critical facet of the NWO agenda, and he becomes now a liability rather than an asset. Thus, we carry high confidence that he will not win in November 2004 not only because he as a President assuming office under questionable circumstances did more to change the culture of this nation than any other president before him, for which reason alone he should be denied a second term, but mainly because he will be not allowed to win. That is the reason why it was critical that Howard Dean be undermined from obtaining his party's nomination: for the Democratic nominee had to be someone in line and not independent of the agenda for one world government. Thus, John Kerry represents the same dynamic as Ariel Sharon presented to the Israeli people when they ousted Barak. No matter who you vote in you get the same commitment of the commander in chief to the same agenda (albeit opposed by the majority of Americans) which unfortunately undermines this nation for the reasons we have expounded upon for over a decade and publicly so for seven years.

9/11 Commission to meet privately with Condoleezza Rice on Saturday
Feb 03 2004 21:07:32 ET

In tomorrow's NEW YORK OBSERVER, author Gail Sheehy talks with former Nebraska Senator and 9/11 Commission president Bob Kerrey, sources tell the DRUDGE REPORT.

Sen. Kerrey tells Ms. Sheehy that the commission is scheduled to meet privately with Condoleezza Rice on Saturday, Feb. 7. Her testimony will not be sworn or made public; but the commission has not yet decided whether to use its subpoena power to compel public, sworn testimony from either Dr. Rice or the President. Kerrey declares himself in favor of requesting sworn, public testimony from Dr. Rice.

MORE

Sen. Kerrey calls the President's new commission to investigate Iraq intelligence failures a political maneuver; the 9/11 commission already has the Iraq investigation in its purview.

MORE

Kerrey tells Sheehy that Senate Republicans, in light of the increasingly high profile of the 9/11 commission, are no longer insisting the commission complete its work by its original May deadline. With the heat increasing, the administration realizes that the commission must not be allowed to release its report before the election. Suddenly the May deadline, originally meant to curtail the scope of their investigation, isn't looking so beneficial to them.

They want to give the commission six months--just enough time to get them past this year's presidential election. Families support the measure as the only hope the commission has of doing a thorough investigation.

Developing...

In a Feb. 3 interview the newly minted commission member Bob Kerrey, the former Senator from Nebraska, now the president of the New School University, said that Ms. Rice’s interview will not be held under oath, and the results of the interview are not to be made public.***

"I’m very much interested in following up on the statement Condoleezza Rice made at her famous press conference in ’02, that ‘I don’t think anybody could have predicted … that they would try to use an airplane as a missile,’" Mr. Kerrey said. "I don’t believe that." ***

When George Bush replaced Henry Kissinger, his first choice as chairman of the 9/11 commission, with New Jersey’s former Republican governor, the White House may have thought that the mild-mannered, aristocratic Mr. Kean would be a pushover. He is not. The White House may be relying on its five Republican appointees to the commission to ease over the rough patches for the President. But having been dissed, crawfished, starved for funds and now denied access even to the notes made by four commission members chosen to see a key Presidential briefing—the one at which Mr. Bush learned, five weeks before 9/11, that Osama bin Laden and his terrorists were an imminent threat—at least some of the commissioners feel insulted. They must all know that someday they will be questioned, perhaps by their grandchildren, about conspiracy theories certain to spring forth from the murk of facts selectively plucked by agencies and officials under the umbrella of a nervous Bush White House.***

"When the commissioners insist they’re doing a thorough, independent investigation, but their staff turns away valuable whistle-blowers like Sibel Edmonds [profiled in a Jan. 26 Observer story], claiming time problems, we worry about the picture the commissioners are getting," said Ms. Kleinberg.

Nevertheless, as the commission gets angrier, it’s becoming a serious thorn in the side of the administration—especially in an election year hypercharged with security and intelligence concerns.

SenderBerl: What this article is saying is that the 9-11 Commission understands it will whitewash 9-11 but that the Administration doesn't have to be so blatant as to deny them the time of day. Pathetic.

BBC independence

Alastair Campbell, who resigned as Blair's most trusted aide while Hutton's inquiry was underway, has all but called for more heads to roll at the BBC.

Campbell is pushing for a review of the charter that guarantees BBC independence from the government and empowers it to collect a hefty tax on television sets.

SenderBerl: We can't have any entity offsetting global media control still operating under the old standards of giving the public a gateway to truth, can we now?

Wake up world. You are getting a heavy gauge chain collar put around your necks and you are just sitting there. The one thing the NWO fears is a popular uprising. Every step it takes it has offsets in place every single day, since they are not lazy people, to disquiet any such uprising from taking hold. So they are willing to take 1.5 steps up when necessary and one step back, just as long as their agenda piece by piece gets into play. Don't you see it? President Bush's popularity is sinking, and the psychological offset is the discovery of WMD. This makes the typical American feel guilty for even thinking badly of their President. Hear us now. If Bush takes a second term, he's going to be far worse than he was the first term and he will proceed more boldly than even before and dare you to question him.

Wake Up. Wake Up. Wake Up.

http://politics.guardian.co.uk/kelly/comment/0,13747,1133918,00.html

Hutton's report could scarcely have been more favourable if it had been drafted, or even sexed up, by Tony Blair's former spinmeister Alastair Campbell himself. The prime minister certainly knew his man when he appointed the one-time Diplock court judge to head the inquiry into Dr Kelly's death. ***

But whatever the mixture of motives, Hutton's unqualified endorsement of the government's behaviour is bound, in the current climate, to be widely regarded in the country as a cover-up. It will have no credibility for millions who opposed the war on Iraq; it will merely add to the sense that the political system is unable to deal with the crisis triggered by Britain's participation in the illegal invasion an
