Michael Scheuer interview on 60 Minutes analyzed by SenderBerl.

In a letter to the House and Senate Intelligence Committees earlier this year, Scheuer says his agents provided the U.S. government with about ten opportunities to capture bin Laden before Sept. 11, and that all of them were rejected.

SenderBerl: They key here is how many of those opportunities were post Bush's election and why they were rejected. SenderBerl's position always has been that OBL and Saddam were needed ingredients for the announcement and implementation of the National Security Strategy, the lynchpin to the NWO agenda for seizure and control of Middle Eastern oil.

Whatever you call it, in 1999, three years after he started the bin Laden unit, Scheuer's candor got him into trouble with his supervisors at the CIA. What were the circumstances under which he left the bin Laden unit?

"I think I became too insistent that we were not pursuing this target with enough vigor and with enough risk-taking - - an unwillingness to take risks," says Scheuer. "I got relieved of the position I was in. I had a lovely sojourn in the library and then had other sojourns since."

His exile ended shortly after the attacks of Sept. 11, when he was brought back to the bin Laden unit as a special adviser. But by then, everything had changed.

SenderBerl: The Bush/NWO oil cabal got what they needed to proceed on their agenda and now they had to convince America that only they could protect this country the lynchpin to an eight year occupation of the White House (to defuse the need to move to martial law if necessary to accomplish this end).

His nemesis had gone underground, and the United States was on its way to invading Afghanistan and Iraq - creating, Scheuer says, the perception in the minds of 1.3 billion Muslims that America had gone to war against Islam.

SenderBerl: After the President's Rose Garden remarks in June 2002 and the release of his National Security Strategy, it was crystal clear to SenderBerl that the President was out to implement not only regime but culture change rendering it in fact a war against Islam (in fact we first publicly on the Internet interpreted this war in 1998). That reality is very clear today and is the predicate for OBL's election eve warning regarding the consequences of re-electing Bush.

"The war in Iraq - if Osama was a Christian - it's the Christmas present he never would have expected," says Scheuer.

SenderBerl: The failure of Saddam to use WMD against US troops really threw the NWO game plan into a spin. The result was the unification of diverse elements throughout the Arab/Islamic world against Bush. Thus, Bush has put the USA in the position of financing an endless war with US allies given a free economic ride while money is siphoned off to NWO cohorts in France and Germany doing subcontracting work. American troops have been sacrificed in order for the NWO and oil cabal to either have successfully stolen the oil or alternatively to use US troops to allow them to siphon off wealth from the USA via endless construction projects originally thought limited to the Shock and Awe campaign. Now, with the uprising the entire country will have to be rebuilt also allowing them to mortgage the future of the Iraqi people in paying off these egregious political pork works for the NWO and its friends. This entire invasion and campaign was all wrong from the first and aside from the injustices seen to date the American people must realize that there will be a domestic response as Scheuer now confirms (given permission by the CIA albeit his retirement therefor to wit: you can't talk about what you know from your work at the CIA unless it is approved).

Right or wrong, he says Muslims are beginning to view the United States as a colonial power with Israel as its surrogate, and with a military presence in three of the holiest places in Islam: the Arabian peninsula, Iraq, and Jerusalem. And he says it is time to review and debate American policy in the region, even our relationship with Israel.

"No one wants to abandon the Israelis. But I think the perception is, and I think it's probably an accurate perception, that the tail is leading the dog - that we are giving the Israelis carte blanche ability to exercise whatever they want to do in their area," says Scheuer. "And if that's what the American people want, then that's what the policy should be, of course. But the idea that anything in the United States is too sensitive to discuss or too dangerous to discuss is really, I think, absurd

SendereBerl: This will confirm to Israel what we said in the Bush Double Double Cross. While Scheuer is relaying a position; what he doesn't know is that the true NWO leadership always had plans to ditch Israel for the reasons we have expounded upon. Now with China in the picture as an affirmative cold war opponent, this strategy is on hold. However, Scheuer reflects the internal perspective of the CIA of who is expendable for national security purposes, when the real dynamo, making it even spoken about at the CIA, was that the NWO first hoped that Saddam would launch WMD against Israel and when Israel became aware of this putative design, the NWO then positioned US troops as the inviting targets to create for the NWO and Bush a second platform of moral outrage so that Bush could also proceed immediately against Syria and Iran. Scheuer believes that al Qaeda is no longer just a terrorist organization that can be defeated by killing or capturing its leaders. Now, he says it's a global insurgency that's spreading revolutionary fervor throughout the Muslim world.

SenderBerl: OBL's videotape warning was that with Bush's re-election we are in anywhere between a cold war with China to subject to a nuclear attack from OBL to, depending on Bush's response, a global thermonuclear war.

But if bin Laden is much stronger than he was, why haven't there been more attacks on the United States?

"One of the great intellectual failures of the American intelligence community, and especially the counterterrorism community, is to assume if someone hasn't attacked us, it's because he can't or because we've defeated him," says Scheuer. "Bin Laden has consistently shown himself to be immune to outside pressure. When he wants to do something, he does it on his own schedule."

"You've written no one should be surprised when Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda detonate a weapon of mass destruction in the United States," says Kroft. "You believe that's going to happen?"

"I don't believe in inevitability. But I think it's pretty close to being inevitable," says Scheuer.

A nuclear weapon? "A nuclear weapon of some dimension, whether it's actually a nuclear weapon, or a dirty bomb, or some kind of radiological device," says Scheuer. "Yes, I think it's probably a near thing."

SenderBerl: We of course have explained that Kofi Anan, Blix and OBL all tried to warn Americans regarding the consequences of electing Bush for a second term. Whereas the American people heretofore could claim that they were victims themselves of Bush policies from 9-11 out on, if they re-elected him it would serve as a ratification and endorsement of his past and future policies and thus open the portal for OBL and others to launch a nuclear attack. You have to understand they do not have the sophistication to launch anything remotely similar to what was witnessed on 9-11. That was elevated terrorism for political personal purposes by the evil hand of the NWO leadership. OBL will simply pick a transient area such as the ones we identified and permanently impact the US economy and change the future for all of us. However, SenderBerl still believes that China understands what is really taking place and will influence OBL and others to move against France as the most likely nation to cause the end to the conflict and a resolution to a war that should have never been started. However, other evidence that are highlighted in the Ehrlich Farewell comments suggest what we all fear and explain why it may in fact occur.

After Sept. 11, Scheuer says bin Laden was criticized by Muslim clerics for launching such a serious attack without sufficient warning. That has now been given. And he says bin Laden has even obtained a fatwa, or Islamic decree, justifying a nuclear attack against the United States on religious grounds.

"He secured from a Saudi sheik named Hamid bin Fahd a rather long treatise on the possibility of using nuclear weapons against the Americans. Specifically, nuclear weapons," says Scheuer. "And the treatise found that he was perfectly within his rights to use them. Muslims argue that the United States is responsible for millions of dead Muslims around the world, so reciprocity would mean you could kill millions of Americans."

Scheuer says the fatwa was issued in May 2003, "and that's another thing that doesn't come to the attention of the American people."

SenderBerl: This of course lines up conceptually with OBL making the videotape giving the American people the warning he did. While the hawks tend to respond to such warnings as who is he to give us a warning, the truth of it is that but for 9-11 this country has been free of the direct consequences of war. That as we have endlessly said is about to end unless we do something as addressed in these web pages and highlighted in the Ehrlich Farewell Comments.

Is there anything about bin Laden that Americans don't know, but should? "Yeah, I think there is. I think our leaders over the last decade have done the American people a disservice in continuing to characterize Osama bin Laden as a thug, as a gangster, as a degenerate personality, as some kind of abhorrent individual," says Scheuer.

"He surely does reprehensible activities, and we should surely take care of that by killing him as soon as we can. But he's not an irrational man. He's a very worthy enemy. He's an enemy to worry about."

"You wrote in your book that he's a great man," says Kroft.

"Yes, certainly a man, without the connotation good or bad, he's a great man in the sense that he's influenced the course of history," says Scheuer.

Does he respect bin Laden? "Until we respect him, we are going to die in numbers that are probably unnecessary," says Scheuer.

SenderBerl: To be more accurate on the dynamics in play. America has ratified a war to change the culture of the Middle East, one to remove G-d from His central role in that culture. The problem is that we have been invaded ourselves and lost control of our own government, the shadow government coming in formally with Bush 41 when he was Reagan's VP. is now in full operational control. We were overly acquiescent about the truths of TWA Flight 800 and neeless to say 9-11. Now, if the NWO gets away with demeaning this nation by letting people stand on line for hours to cast their vote, when there is evidence that the effort and thus the vote was meaningless and we allow the NWO to shape our laws and policies with manipulated electronic poll results, then we are a defeated nation already. OBL even declared his surprise. He said I am your enemy America but don't you recognize that Bush is the same enemy to you as I am. OBL is correct. It takes one to know one. Between Bush/NWO and OBL we don't have anything to look forward to and it won't be long with Bush/NWO now blasting away at the mosques in Iraq. That remark with Zhou Enlai was really something. The person asking him the question meant whether the benefits and consequences of the French Revolution were destined to infiltrate China. Zhou Enlai's remark answered the question by addressing whether the benefits and consequences of the French Revolution would remain intact for Europe and America.

MISSING PARTS OF OBL TAPE ANALYZED

All that you want for securing America and removing the weapons of mass destruction -- assuming they exist -- is available to you and the nations of the world are with you in the inspections and it is in the interest of America that it not be thrust into an unjustified war with an unknown outcome. But the darkness of the black gold blurred his vision and insight and he gave priority to private interests over the public interest of America. So the war went ahead, the death toll rose, the American economy bled and Bush became embroiled in the swamps of Iraq that threatened his future. He fits the saying "Like the naughty she-goat who used her hoof to dig up a knife from under the earth". So I say to you over 15,000 of our people have been killed and tens of thousands injured while more than a thousand of you have been killed and more than 10,000 injured. And Bush's hands are stained with the blood of all of those killed from both sides all for the sake of oil and keeping their private companies in business. Be aware that it is the nation who punishes the weak man when he causes the killing of one of its citizens for money, while letting the powerful one get off when he causes the killing of more than 1000 of its sons also for money.

All that we have to do is to send two Mujahedin to the farthest point East to raise a piece of cloth on which is written al-Qa'ida in order to make the generals race there to cause America to suffer human economic and political losses without their achieving for it anything of note other than some benefits to their private companies.

SenderBerl: OBL highlights that the logic or argument under the facts is that Bush sacrificed the nation to secure oil to the benefit of himself and his cronies in the oil business. That Bush also rewards the other faction of his support the defense industry by willy nilly going to war against any nation on the planet where spy satellites detect an Al-Qaeda flag.

Should a man to be blamed for defending his sanctuary? Is defending oneself and punishing the aggressor in kind objectionable terrorism? If it is such, then it is unavoidable for us. This is the message which I sought to communicate to you in word and deed repeatedly for years before September 11th. And you can read this, if you wish in my interview with Scott in Time Magazine in 1996 or with Peter Arnett on CNN in 1997 or my meeting with John Weiner in 1998. You can observe it practically, if you wish in Kenya and Tanzania and in Aden. And you can read it in my interview with Abdul Bari Atwan as well as my interviews with Robert Fisk. The latter is one of your compatriots and co-religionists and I consider him to be neutral. So are the pretenders to freedom at the White House and the channels controlled by them able to run an interview with him so that he may relay to the American people what he has understood from us to be the reasons for our fight against you? If you were to avoid these reasons, you will have taken the correct path that will lead America to the security that it was in before September 11th.

SenderBerl: OBL is saying that controlled media doesn't report the true or full story of what Bush is doing and the true dynamics in play in Bush's war.

We want to restore freedom to our Nation and just as you lay waste to our Nation, so shall we lay waste to yours. No one except a dumb thief plays with the security of others and then makes himself believe he will be secure whereas thinking people when disaster strikes make it their priority to look for its causes in order to prevent it happening again.

SenderBerl: OBL is saying that Bush's amoral campaign and actions have caused tremendous damage and it is ludicrous for the American people to think that the war will not be brought to America when they do not delve into the real dynamics behind 9-11 and/or pursue the questions raised even by the families of the 9-11 victims regarding Bush's complicity therein.

So we are continuing this policy in bleeding America to the point of bankruptcy. Allah is willing and nothing is too great for Allah. That being said, those who say that al-Qa'ida has won against the administration in the White House or that the administration has lost in this war have not been precise because when one scrutinizes the results, one cannot say that Al-Qa'ida is the sole factor in achieving these spectacular gains. Rather, the policy of the White House that demands the opening of war fronts to keep busy their various corporations -- whether they be working in the field of arms or oil or reconstruction -- has helped al-Qa'ida to achieve those enormous results. And so it has appeared to some analysts and diplomats that the White House and us are playing as one team towards the economic goals of the United States even if the intentions differ.

And it all shows that the real loser is... you.

SenderBerl: Here is where OBL lays it down for the American people. First, he says that Bush is losing the war in Iraq undermining America economically (but benefitting himself, his oil cronies and corporate friends). However, he de facto also says that Bush furthers policies deliberately to such end! This is in accord with SenderBerl's long standing analyses that the NWO agenda (prior to China jumping ship on September 15, 2004) was to undermine the US dollar and the USA!!! THIS IS WHAT THE NWO AND BUSH DREADED HEARING/READING AND THE CAUSE OF THE DELAY OF THE FULL TRANSCRIPT.

Injustice chases its people
And how unhealthy the bed of tyranny
As has been said
An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure
And know that
It is better to return to the truth than persist in error
And that the wise man doesn't squander his security, wealth, and children for the sake of the liar in the White House.

SenderBerl: OBL is saying that Bush was complicit in 9-11 and in taking the USA to an unjust, illegal and amoral war for oil and that he and this portal to truth of the matter, as reflected by his entire text, should give the American people enough reason to carry serious doubt about Bush and his agenda, enough to prevent the danger forthcoming to America by re-electing him (thereby also ratifying his preemptive policies for wanton war). Thus, OBL is saying that he is the enemy however you have little to lose and much to gain by paying heed to his assertion that the facts speak that America also has an enemy within: the one sitting in the Oval office that is working hand in hand with OBL to DELIBERATELY undermine the USA.
